CONNECTION & INSTALLATION
Every connection between a master station and a slave station or
between two master stations (Interco) requires a screened cable
with one twisted pair.
Maximum distance: 500 m with a cable cross-section of 0.3 mm²
(6/10
ths
) and 1000 m with a cable cross-section of 0.6 m
(9/10
ths
).
When wall-mounted, the console is hung from two screws.
The connection is made by a screw terminal block built into the
hub (max. 1 mm²).
The connection between master stations (Interco) is polarised.
Respect the link from L of the first master station to L of the
second master station and the link from L' of the first master
station to L' of the second master station. The drain wire of
the screened cables must be connected to the drain connection
terminal provided for this purpose.

USE
Calling from the master station
To a Slave Station (SS).
Press the selected key in order to tap the line. A pilot light shows that the line is in use. The call is then placed by pressing the
ringer key. The conversation is carried out using the Speak / Listen key (S/L). Press to speak, release to listen.
To a Master Station (Interco).
Pressing the selected key triggers the call to the called master station by a ringer pattern. A pilot light shows that the line is in use.
The line is tapped as soon as the called master station presses the key that corresponds to the call. The called master station
manages the conversation.
Calling the master station
From a Slave Station (SS).
Calling from a SS (call key pressed) triggers the transmission of a ringer pattern. The pilot light corresponding to the line flashes.
The line is tapped by pressing the corresponding key. The master station manages the conversation.
From a Master Station (Interco).
Calling from a master station triggers the transmission of a ringer pattern. The pilot light corresponding to the line flashes. The
line is tapped by pressing the corresponding key. The called master station manages the conversation.
Ending a call
Pressing the END key ends the call. In Interco links, the two master stations must each press their respective END keys.
Any other calls received during the communication will be memorised (the pilot light for the line flashes). They can then be
repeated after the end of the current communication.
Power
The voice-transmission power can be adjusted at any time for transmission and reception.
The ringer power can be adjusted by the installer (access under the console).
All Call from the MS
All Calls are made by pressing the All Call key, which taps the lines of all the slave stations, or by successively selecting several
SS lines (the pilot lights remain lit). The MS can then listen to all the SS units. The operator can transmit a ringer pattern by
pressing the ringer key. The MS broadcasts its message to all the SS units by means of the S/L key and ends the all call via the
"end" key.
The door release can be controlled remotely by pressing one of the buttons from 6 to 10 and from 16 to 20. The contact is closed
while the button is pressed.
