1 Electrical connection

Installation, servicing and troubleshooting of all electrical equipment must be carried out by quali-

fied personnel in compliance with the applicable national and international standard EN 60204-1

and any other EU standards that are applicable in Europe.

The installation of a power supply isolator is required for each motor and power supply to facilitate

voltage-free work on the electrical equipment. The power supply isolator is not included.

Rotating fan blades will cut and crush.

Remember to disconnect the fan at the power supply isolator (230/400 V AC supply) before re-

moving the outside safety net, as the fan can start automatically.

The power supply isolator must be disconnected during the entire installation.

2 Mounting guide

2.1 Dismounting of outside safety net

Dismount 8 x PT screw 6x20 torx 30 in the outside safety

net.

2.2 Mounting the magnet kit

The overview picture shows the location of magnets and washers when the assembly is completed.

1. Nut holder on outside of the duct and magnet holder on the inside of the duct.

2. Machine screw and washer - welded on inside of the shutter and M4 flange lock

nut on the outside of the shutter.

Drill the 4 markings on the shutter with a 4.5 mm drill bit.

Open the shutter.

Drill the 12 markings on the duct with a 4.5 mm drill bit.

Place the nut holder between the duct and the cone.

Make sure that the pin slides into the center hole.

Mount the magnet holder onto the nut holder using 2 x

M4x20 screws.

The nut may fall out of the nut holder if the screw is

pressed too hard.

Mount washer for the magnet on the shutter.

Machine screw and washer - welded on inside of the

shutter and M4 flange lock nut on the outside of the shut-

ter.

2.3 Mounting of outside safety net

If a safety net outside has not been selected, a safety guard must be established. The requirements of the Inter-

national Standard for Safety of machinery ISO 13857 shall be complied with.

Mount the outside safety net, so the ring of the net faces

outwards.

Mount the outside safety net using:

• 8 x PT screws 6x20 torx 30
