Start Current Limiter for BF 50 Shutter ON/OFF
Installation guide
Start current limiter kit is used to limit the start current to BF 50 shutter ON/OFF.
Electrical connection
Installation, servicing and troubleshooting of all electrical equipment must be carried out by quali-
fied personnel in compliance with the applicable national and international standard EN 60204-1
and any other EU standards that are applicable in Europe.
The installation of a power supply isolator is required for each motor and power supply to facili-
tate voltage-free work on the electrical equipment. The power supply isolator is not included.
Connection of the components (A)+(C) in all BF 50 ON/OFF actuator
control boxes
1. Disconnect the 230 V supply.
2. Disconnect the red wire in the 24 V terminal.
3. Connect the black component (A) in terminal 24 V.
4. Connect wire to the black component (A) with splicing sleeve (B) (orange WAGO 221).
5. Nothing must be connected in terminal (C).
6. Reconnect the 230 V supply and check that the actuators can open the shutters.
