Mounting of CentaMax 800 coupling 2125–1107
1. Check that the distance between the journals is 178 mm (±5 mm). Adjust, if necessary.
2. Lubricate the journals with thin oil. Position the motor hub loosely on the motor shaft.
3. Align the cut-out in the compressor hub with the end of the compressor shaft.
4. Attach the compressor hub with the two mounting bolts by tightening them a little at a time to 280 Nm.
5. Preassemble the adaptor plate and the aluminium ring with the 8 M10 x 55 bolts. Remember the thin wash-
ers. Tighten crosswise to 46 Nm.

6. Preassemble the spacer and the rubber part with the 16 M10 x 25 mm bolts. Tighten crosswise to 68 Nm.
7. Insert the rubber part facing the spacer away from the adaptor plate, and place the assembly between the
hubs.
8. Attach the adaptor plate to the motor hub using 12 M16 x 40 mm bolts.
Tighten crosswise to 280 Nm.

9. Slide rubber part to achieve contact between the spacer and the compressor hub.
10. Attach the spacer and the compressor hub with 12 M16 x 40 bolts.
Tighten crosswise to 280 Nm.
11. Adjust the motor hub so that the rubber part is 5 mm inside the aluminium ring.
12. Attach the motor hub with the two mounting bolts by tightening them a little at a time to 280 Nm.
13. Finally, tighten the pointed screws, which secures the keys on both the compressor shaft and the motor
shaft to 60 Nm.
