Mounting of CX-17 coupling
1. Check that the distance between the journals is 200 mm (+8/-0 mm) Adjust, if necessary.
2. Lubricate the journals with thin oil.
3. Mount the compressor hub and locking assembly with a distance of 208 mm from the motor shaft.
Tighten crosswise to 83 Nm.
4. Position the motor hub loosely on the motor shaft.

5. Lubricate all mounting surfaces with thin oil and all bolt heads with copper grease.
6. Assemble the rubber part and flange using 12 low-head cylindrical screws (M10 x 16 mm).
7. Tighten crosswise to 60 Nm.

8. Assemble the intermediate part and the rubber part using 12 M10 x 25 mm screws.
Tighten crosswise to 60 Nm.

9. Push in all three parts between the hubs.
10. Attach the flange to the compressor hub using 8 M10 x 30 mm screws.
Tighten crosswise to 68 Nm.
11. Attach the intermediate part to the motor hub using 3 countersunk M16 x 40 screws.
12. Lubricate the countersunk heads with copper grease, and tighten to 150 Nm.
13. Attach the motor hub with the 2 mounting screws by tightening them a little at a time to 83 Nm.
14. Finally, tighten the pointed screw, which secures the key on the motor shaft, to 30 Nm.
