Basic Call Handling
Make an internal call
Dial extension number and press GREEN
button to call.
Dial by name
Press the directory button (left hand side,
under screen) start entering 1
st
3 letters of
person you require, your options will appear in
the display. Press GREEN button to call. Or use
navigator to search through choices.
Receive a call
Press GREEN button, screen will show ‘in
conversation’
End a call
Press RED button.
Hold a call
Press GREEN button to place on hold.
To retrieve
Press RED button followed by the GREEN button
to retrieve caller.
Transfer a call
Whilst on a call, dial the extension number and
this will automatically put caller on hold. When
answered press to complete transfer.

Retrieve a call (if extension is busy or no answer)
If no answer from extension, select ‘Canc
Enquiry’ in the display and you will return to
caller.
If the extension answers but can’t take the call,
the caller will automatically come back to you.
When your phone rings press the GREEN button.
Further telephone features
Redial List [View a list of numbers dialed]
Long press GREEN button to access the redial
list. Scroll down to number you want then press
GREEN button to call
Touch Tone dialing
When on a call with Auto Attendant, long press
and hold on the * key to activate tones and allow
you to select the option required [Touch tone will
automatically disable once you hang up]
3 way Conference call
Whilst on a call, dial 3
rd
party. (Once you start
dialing the number your 1
st
caller is put on hold).
Invite the 3
rd
party and if they are happy to join
scroll over to CONFERENCE icon , then
press OK
To end the conference call for all parties press
RED button .
Call back on a busy extension
Dial extension number, when you get wait tone
the screen will offer ‘Callback?’ option. Press OK,
then RED button to set a call back.
[Your phone will ring when they are free]
Setting a Forward
Press OK to access the menu, then Scroll down to
FORWARD icon . Press OK and select type
of forward required. To see all diverts available
scroll right.
Fwd Imm = IMMEDIATE FORWARD
Fwd Imm VMU = IMMEDIATE FORWARD TO VOICE
MAIL
Fwd Cancel = CANCEL FORWARD
Accessing your voicemail
Setting up your mailbox for the 1
st
time
Dial 50, and when answered, long press on * key to
activate tones. The voice mail will ask you to enter
your personal settings using the following voice
guides “Please enter a 6 digit personal password”.
(THE SYSTEM WILL NOT LET YOU USE EASILY
RECOGNISABLE PASSWORDS SUCH AS 123456,
000000). The voice mail will repeat your password
back to you and ask you to confirm by pressing the
# key.
The next prompt will be “ Please record your name
now, please speak after the tone and press the #
key to finish” Record the name for the
mailbox e.g. your first and last name or department
name, press #, the voice mail will offer 1 to replay /
* to re-record / # to confirm. Replace the receiver.
Your voice mail message will be
"You have reached
the mailbox of --------------, please leave a
message after the tone"
Listening to voice mail messages
Scroll across to the voice mail icon .Your
screen will advise if there are any messages.
If you have messages press OK. Next enter your
password and press OK. Your screen will now show
you who the message is from. Press OK to listen to
messages.
You can also dial 51 to access voice mail. 1
st
you
will be asked for your mailbox number and then
your password. Enter in these digits and follow the
voice prompts.
