Basic Call Handling
Make an internal call
Dial extension number or press programmed key
Make an external call
Dial '9' and telephone number
Dial by name
Type 1

3 letters of name on QWERTY keypad,
display will show names available, press + or - to
search and press OK to call person
Receive a call
Lift receiver or press handsfree key
Hold a call
Press 'Hold' key in display (Call / line key will
have musical note next to it)
Transfer a call
Dial extension number, announce caller, press
transfer key or replace receiver
Transfer a caller into a mailbox [R4.1 upwards]
Whilst on a call dial * [Star] and the extension
number [The caller will be transferred directly
into the mailbox for them to leave a message]
Retrieve a call (If extn busy or no reply)
Press the release key, followed by the Call /
Line key next to the musical note
Further Telephone Features
Redial last number
Press 'Redial' key or dial 40, scroll through the last
10 numbers dialed by using the + or – key and
press OK to dial
Call back on a busy extension
Dial extension, display will show
Wait
,
(Your phone will ring when they have finished their
call, press # key and replace receiver. Lift receiver
to connect to the extn.)
Cancel a call back
Display will show ‘Active Callback’. Press # key to
cancel call back
Park a call (Place a call on hold on 1
phone and retrieve from another – 90 secs to
retrieve)
Dial 12 (Display will say ‘Parking Accepted’)
Retrieve a parked call
Dial 12 and extn no. where the call was parked
Tannoy / Broadcast through the telephones
Lift receiver, dial broadcast group number 41 – 48
make announcement, replace receiver
3 way conference call
Whilst on a call , dial 3
rd
party, when they answer,
introduce the call and press right hand arrow and
Transfer key or dial 50 to join all 3 together
(Max 3)
Exit conference
Dial 50 and press transfer key
Pick up a specific extn
Lift receiver and dial 13 and ringing extn no
Pick up a group call (If you are in a pick up group)
Dial 14 or press ‘Pickup’ key to answer any phone
in your group. The system will give you the longest
ringing call first.
Touch tone dialing
When answered by an automated menu press your
Tones key or dial 69 to activate
View a missed call (Green flashing light - Text)
Press the 'Mail' key then text in display, this will
display external number of missed call.
To call back the caller, press Call in display
To delete message, press Clear in display
Diverting your telephone
Divert calls immediately
Press 'Divert' key or dial 61, then enter no. to
receive calls
Divert on Busy
Dial 62, then enter no. to receive calls
Divert calls to voice mail
Press ‘Divert’ or dial 61, then press the ‘Mail’ key
Do Not Disturb
Dial 63, caller will get unobtainable
Cancel any divert
Press 'Divert' key or dial 60
Storing useful telephone numbers
Programme personal speed dial
Receiver down (Max of 30) Press 'Spd dial' key
Press the [ i ] key, Select speed dial location , Enter
name of speed dial using keypad, Press 'OK' key .
Enter tel number inc '9' for an outside line, Press
'OK' key in display to save. Dial a personal speed dial
Press 'Spd dial' key and location (Display keys)
