Handset menu overview
The MENU is accessible from the welcome screen
by pressing the OK key.
It provides access to all the functions available on
your phone.
Directory/Contacts: - manage your personal
directory and access the company directory.
Redial - call back the last number dialed.
Forward - forward your calls to another
number.
Mailbox: -consult and send voice messages.
Settings; - adjust contrast, activate or
deactivate the beeps, lighting, etc.
Ringing setting -adjust melody and volume.

Basic Call Handling
Make an internal call
Dial extension number and press GREEN
button to call.
Dial by name
Press the directory button (left hand side,
under screen) start entering 1

person you require, your options will appear in
the display. Press GREEN button to call. Or
use navigator to search through choices.
Receive a call
Press GREEN button, screen will show ‘in
conversation’
End a call
Press RED button.
Hold a call
Press GREEN button to place on hold.
To retrieve
Press RED button and the handset will
start to ring. The screen will say ‘hold recalling’.
Press GREEN to retrieve.
Transfer a call
Whilst on a call, start dialing the extension
number and this will automatically put caller on
hold. When answered press to complete
transfer. .
Retrieve a call (if extension is busy or no answer)
Select ‘Canc Enquiry’ in the display and you will
return to caller.
Further telephone features
Redial List [View a list of numbers dialed]
Press to access menu screen. Next scroll
over to dialed icon and press again.
Scroll to desired number and press GREEN
to call.
Touch Tone dialing
When on a call, select ‘MF Code’ in the screen
this will enable you to type the digits you require.
[Touch tone will automatically disable once you
hang up]
3 way Conference call
Whilst on a call, scroll down to ‘Conference’
then press . Next dial the number of person
you want to invite and press
When happy to join all parties together scroll
over to ‘Conference’ again and press
To exit conference and leave other parties talking
press RED .
To end conference and return to 1
st
caller press
when screen shows ‘end conference’
To drop 2
nd
caller from the conference select
‘Canc Enquiry’
Call back on a busy extension
Dial extension number, when you get wait tone the
screen will offer ‘Callback?’ option. Press ,
then RED to set call back
[Your phone will ring when they are free]
Call pick up (specific ext number)
Dial 13 plus the extension number you which to
pick up. Then press GREEN
Call pick up (in a group)
Dial 14 then press GREEN button. This will
give you longest ringing call.
Accessing your voicemail
Press to access menu screen.
Scroll over to messages icon then press
Screen will advise you if there are any messages in
your voice mail.
If you have messages press OK and follow screen
prompts to manage your mailbox.
Setting a divert
Press Ok to access menu. Scroll down to
forward icon . Press OK again and select type
of forward required. (EG, Imm to VM. Busy NA etc).
To see all diverts available scroll right.
Fwd Imm
Fwd Imm VMU
Fwd Cancel etc
