Quick Guide
Forwarding your calls
Press the key in the top right hand side of the
screen.
These are the 2main diverts used
- Immediate fwd- then enter number you want to
forward to. (Please note if you forward to an external
number you must enter ‘9’ for an outside line and calls
will be charged to you)
- Imm fwd VM this will send all calls straight to your
voice mail
Cancel a forward
Press the , and select Deactivate in the display.

Basic Call Handling
Make an internal call
Dial extension number
Make an external call
Dial ‘9’ and telephone number
Dial by name
Type the 1

3 letters of surname on QWERTY
keypad, press Name in the display, the display
will show the names available, press the key next
to name you want to call
Receive a call
Lift receiver or press loudspeaker to
answer call hands free
Hold a call
Press key next to ‘Put on hold’
Retrieve a held call
Press key next to ‘Retrieve call’ in display
Hold a call [Multi-line mode]
Press the line key, line will show
Retrieve a held call [Multi-line mode]
Press the line key again
Transfer a call
Dial extension number, announce call and press
‘Transfer’ key in the display or replace receiver
Retrieve a call [If extension busy or no reply]
Press the ‘Enquiry off’ key in the display
Broker call [Toggle back and forth]
Press the line key with the musical note next to it
and the 2
nd
call will automatically go on hold
Redial last number
Press the Redial key
Redial List [View a list of numbers dialled]
Long press on the Redial key, scroll
through the numbers and press the soft key next
to the number to dial
Transferring a caller to voicemail
Dial extension number scroll down press ‘Voice
Msg’ and replace receiver
Touch Tone dialling
When on a call, press Send DTMF key in the
display to activate touch tone dialing
Further telephone features
Call back on a busy extension
Dial extension number, press ‘Callback’ in the
display and replace receiver
Cancel call back you set
Re-dial the extension and then dial * 89, press
the hang up key
Cancel call back set on you
Lift receiver and dial *68
Retrieve a call back
Your mail key will flash blue, press the
mail key, press key next to call-back, screen will
show details of person that set the call-back
choose delete or recall
Last caller call back
Dial * 69 this will show you the last internal person
that rang you, press Call back to dial the person
Park a call
Scroll down and press the key next to ‘Park call’ in
the display and hang up, or dial * 75 and replace
receiver
Retrieve parked call from same extn
Dial * 75
From another extension
Dial * 75 and enter the extension number where
the call was parked
3 way conference call
Whilst on a call, dial 3
rd
party, when they answer
scroll down, press “Conference” key to join all 3
together
Exit conference call
Replace receiver, transfers call or press ‘End Conf’
to remove 3
rd
party
Pick up a specific extn [In or out of group]
Lift receiver, dial *72 and ringing extn number
Pick up a call in your group
Lift receiver, dial *73 or press Pick up key [The
system will give you the longest ringing call]
Enter hunt group
Dial * * 7 to enter hunt group [If you are
programmed as a member]
Exit hunt group
Dial * * 8 to exit hunt group
