Basic Call Handling
Make an internal call
Dial extension number and press GREEN
button to call.
Dial by name
Press the directory button (left hand side,
under screen) Enter 1

3 letters of person you
require then press OK. Select the type of search
you want (eg name/initials etc) press OK on
highlighted search then scroll to select name you
want. Press GREEN button to call.
Receive a call
Press GREEN button, screen will show ‘in
conversation’
End a call
Press RED button.
Hold a call
Press GREEN button to place on hold.
To retrieve
First press RED , then when phone starts
ringing press GREEN .
Transfer a call
Whilst on a call dial the extension number . This
will automatically put caller on hold and dial the
extension number entered. To complete transfer,
press .
Retrieve a call (if busy or no answer)
If no answer from the extension, select ‘Enquiry
Off’ in the display and you will return to the
caller.
Further telephone features
Redial List [View a list of numbers dialed]
Press to access menu screen. Next scroll
over to dialed icon and press again.
Scroll to desired number and press GREEN
to call.
Touch Tone dialing
When on a call, select ‘Send MF’
Screen will now show DTMF in conversation. Type
the digits you require.
Touch tone will automatically disable once you
hang up.
3 way Conference call
Whilst on a call, scroll over to conference icon
then press . Next dial the number of
person you want to invite and press GREEN
When happy to join all parties together scroll
over to conference icon again and press
To exit conference and leave other parties talking
press RED .
To end conference and return to 1

caller press
when screen shows ‘end conference’
Call back on a busy extension
Dial extension number, when you get busy tone the
screen will offer ‘CALL BACK’ option. Press ,
then RED to set call back
Call pick up (specific ext number)
Dial *74 plus the extension number you which to
pick up. Then press GREEN
Call pick up (in a group)
Dial *73 then press GREEN button. This
will give you longest ringing call.
Accessing your voicemail
Press to access menu screen.
Scroll over to messages icon then press
Screen will advise you if there are any messages in
your voice mail.
If you have messages press OK and follow screen
prompts to manage your mailbox.
Setting a forward
Press Ok to access menu. Scroll down to
forward icon . Press OK again and select type
of forward required. (EG, Imm to VM. Busy NA etc).
