Basic Call Handling

Make an internal call

Dial extension number

Make an external call

Dial ‘9’ followed by the telephone number and select DIAL

in the screen.

Receive a call

Lift receiver or press to answer hands free

Hold a call

Press Hold key or press Hold in the screen.

Retrieve a held call

Press Resume key in the screen.

Transfer a call

Press the XFER key in screen >dial extension number >

press SEND >announce caller and replace receiver, or

press XFER key in screen.

Transfer a caller into a mailbox

Whilst on a call dial * [Star] and the extension number,

replace receiver

Retrieve a call

(If extn busy or no reply)

Press EXIT in screen and return to caller by pressing

RESUME in screen.

Call History

Using the Navigator Key arrows, select :

All Calls –

Missed Calls –

Received Calls –

Placed Calls -

With required number highlighted, press OK to see date

and time of call.

Pick up a specific ringing extn

(In or out of group)

Lift receiver, dial 13 and ringing extn number

Pick up a ringing extension in your group

Lift receiver, dial 14
