Basic Call Handling

Answer a call

Press Green handset button

Make a call

Dial 9 + telephone number, press Green button

to send

Hold a call

Press R

Retrieve a held call

Press R

Transfer a call

Press the R key, dial extension number, announce

call and press Red button

Transfer a caller into a mailbox

Whilst on a call dial ‘R’ then * [Star] and the

extension number

[The caller will be transferred directly into the

mailbox for them to leave a message]

Retrieve a call

Press the R key followed by 3

Further Telephone Features

Call back

Dial extension number, get busy tone, press #

and hang up

Cancel call back

Press green button followed by #

Park a call

Dial 12

Retrieve a parked call

Dial 12 + extn number where call was parked

and press green button

Pick up a group call

Press green button, dial 14

Pick up a specific extn

Press green button, dial 13 and ringing extn

number

Redial last number

Press redial key or dial 40

Diverting your telephone

Divert your calls immediately

Press green button, dial 61, enter number to

receive calls, press red button

Divert your phone to voice mail

Press green button, dial 61, dial voice mail

Divert on busy

Press green button, dial 62, enter number to

receive calls, press red button

Do not disturb – ON

Press green button, dial 63, press red button

OFF

Press green button, dial 60, press red button

Cancel any divert

Press green button, dial 60, press red button
