Lejedæksel med omløbsventil
Dette dæksel bruges til GRAM kompressorer: HC / HCL / HCH 2075 / 4075 / 6075 / 8075.
Rengøring: Før montering gennemblæses lejedækslet for urenheder.
Pos. 1: 2 stk. RC 1/4” monteres på yderdiameter med teflon-tape.
Pos. 2: Stålkugle monteres i bunden af boringen, derefter fjeder og fjederstyr.
Pos. 3: Stift til fiksering af fjederstyr monteres.
Pos. 4: Stift monteres med udhæng på mellem 2-2.5 mm i forhold til flade.
Pos. 5: Hovedleje ipresses i niveau med overflade.

Bearing cover with by-pass valve
This cover is used for GRAM compressors: HC / HCL / HCH 2075 / 4075 / 6075 / 8075.
Cleaning: Purge the bearing cover for impurities before mounting.
Pos. 1: Mount 2 x RC 1/4” on the outside diameter using teflon tape.
Pos. 2: Mount the steel ball at the bottom of the bore, then the spring and spring guide.
Pos. 3: Mount pin for fixing of spring guide.
Pos. 4: Mount the pin overhanging the surface with 2-2.5 mm.
Pos. 5: Press the main bearing in place until it levels with the surface.
