Retrofit SNV valve on FRICK units

Note: Before performing the retrofit, you must contact local authorities to make sure that current rules and regula-

tions about execution and non-destructive testing (NDT) are followed.

The retrofit solution fits old FRICK OHU with SVA valve.

The retrofit kit, part no. 3084.875, contains:

• 1 x 2321.1055 (Threaded nozzle)

• 1 x 2313.027 (Plug)

• 1 x 2356.123 (Gasket ring)

• 1 x 2356.283 (Gasket ring)

• 1 x 1361.118 (SNV-ST needle valve)

1. Cut away the old nozzle, min. 21 mm from the shell to keep the strength

2. Weld on the threaded nozzle (2321.1055)

3. Mount the SNV valve (1361.118) with gasket rings (2356.123 and 2356.283) and plug (2312.027).
