EU Air handling unit INSTALLATION

To connect the humidifier to the water system

The water supply is regulated by a pulse valve and a con-

stant flow valve, Item 12.

Connect the supply pipe (1) to the inlet branch (Table 1).

Fit a shut-off valve (2) and water filter (10) in the water

supply pipe.

Pre-commissioning adjustments

Check:

A. that the droplet eliminator fills are correctly fitted for the

direction of air flow, see the arrow.

B. that there are no water leaks at any of the couplings and

connections.

C. that water is being discharged from all holes in the spray

pipe or pipes. If any holes are clogged, use a needle to un-

clog them. If the spray pipe(s) is/are extremely clogged,

remove the end plugs (8), brush inside them using a

round brush and then flush them clean.

D. That the pulsing function operates open for ca. 150 sec.

And closed for ca. 100 sec.

Drain pipe should be fitted with a cleanable water trap

(3) (EUAZ-08) and should be run, without reduction in

diameter, to a floor gulley.

The shut-off valve, water trap and water filter are not

included in the EUQA.
