ViziT AP-143G is a hermetic color camera for outdoor surveillance intended for use in VIZIT video doorphones and access control systems. It features a vandal-proof metal case, weather resistance, and a wide range of operating temperatures. The camera is equipped with 24 infrared LEDs for illumination, which automatically turn on in dark environments. It also has an automatic color image switch to black and white in dark environments.

Please ensure that the input voltage range is within the specifications

Choose the camera location with regard to the required field of view. See Fig. 3 for the best camera location and its

Remove the mounting base by loosening two locking
screws (5) with the hex-nut wrench supplied.
Choose location* for the camera on a wall or the ceiling,
and attach the mounting base securely with screws
and concrete inserts supplied
Connect the camera to your monitor and power supply
unit. Check if the monitor shows picture from the camera.
To adjust the picture, set the ball camera to the suitable
position by rotating the ball and middle cover.
Fix the ball camera securely by fastening the locking
screws.

Attach the locking cover (4), ball camera (2) and middle
cover (3) to the mounting base. Fasten the locking
screws so that with locking and middle covers fixed, the
ball be loose enough to rotate

Connect the camera wires directly to the corresponding terminals of your VIZIT monitor or commutator BKM-440.
Do not connect the camera wires to the terminal of the doorstation.
See an example of connecting two cameras to the individual doorphone on Fig. 5.

If the length of the cable connecting your monitor and the camera exceeds 20 m, use a coax or composite cable
specially designed for video surveillance systems. This will considerably reduce possible image distortion.
