ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
RCPSC4 4 Ft Recycled Plastic Plank Bench
TOOLS NEEDED:
18 volt (or higher) Drill with • 
T30 Torx Bit
16 X
1/4” x 3.0”
Torx Washer Head Screw
ASSEMBLY:
The assembly is a two-person operation.
1. Inspect the shipping container contents for damage and to determine that all components and hardware are present.

BENCH COMPONENTS:
8 X 2” x 4” Plank
ASSEMBLY HARDWARE:
2 X Bench Support
2. Place the two Bench Supports about 2.5 feet apart.
3. Select one of the 2” x 4” Planks and position the Plank over the innermost sets of
predrilled holes in the Bench Supports. Make sure the clearance holes in the Plank align
with the pilot holes in the Bench Supports. Using the T30 Torx Bit, drive one of the
Washer Head Screws through the clearance hole at one end of the Plank and into the
corresponding pilot hole in the Bench Support until tight.
Align the clearance hole in the other end of the Plank with the appropriate pilot hole in
the other Bench Support and install a Washer Head Screw using the Torx T30 Driver.
4. Align the clearance holes in another Plank with the uppermost pair of pilot holes in the
Bench Supports and install Washer Head Screws.
5. Attach the rest of the Planks in the same manner, starting from the outside of the
Bench Supports and working inward, and from the top working down.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Do not drag the assembled unit across any surface.• 
This product requires only periodic cleaning with a sponge and a solution of mild detergent and water to remove surface dirt. • 
Do not clean with a solvent or petroleum based products.
WARNING
Furniture must not be used other than for its intended purpose and should be inspected regularly for loose, missing, or broken • 
hardware, and general instability.
Furniture that is damaged or appears to be unstable must be removed from service and be repaired or replaced. • 
Repairs must be made using only factory authorized parts and methods.•
