Golden Lighting 8209-2W PW is a wall-mounted light fixture designed for indoor use. It features a classic design with a black finish and clear glass candle sleeves. FINISHING THE INSTALLATION

5. Place backplate (G) over nipple (F) so that nipple (F) protrudes through the hole in the front of backplate (G). Thread deco nut (H) onto

nipple (F). Twist until backplate (G) is snug against the wall.

6. Carefully slide candle sleeves (J) over socket (K).

7. Install light bulbs (not provided) in accordance with the xture’s specications. Do not exceed the maximum recommended wattage.

Your installation is now complete. Turn on the power and test the xture.

CLEANING TIPS

Treat the xture gently! Regular cleaning will reduce the need for deep cleaning. For regular cleaning, turn off the light and wipe down the

xture with a clean lint-free cotton or microber cloth. Never spray cleaner directly onto the xture.

• SHUT OFF POWER SUPPLY AT FUSE OR CIRCUIT BREAKER!

PREPARING FOR INSTALLATION

Remove all of the contents from the carton. See the important notes above. Remove the old xture from the wall, including the old

mounting strap.

1. From the parts bag remove the mounting strap assembly. One end of nipple (F) should be attached to mounting strap (A) with washer

(C) and hex nut (D) in place. The other end should have decorative nut (H) attached. Unscrew decorative nut (H) and place it aside to use

later in the assembly.

2. Match the threaded holes of mounting strap (A) to the spacing of the holes on the junction box. Attach mounting strap (A) to the junction

box using mounting screws (B) and a screwdriver. Tighten securely.

3. Remove backplate (G) and adjust the length of nipple (F) by twisting until the desired height is reached.

CONNECTING THE WIRES

4. Refer to the wiring diagram and attach the xture’s wires to the power supply wires from the junction box. Connect Hot to Hot, Neutral

to Neutral, and Ground to Ground. Twist the ends of the wire pairs together, and then twist on a wire connector. Make sure all twists are

in the same direction. If there is no house ground wire coming from the junction box, locate ground screw (E) on the mounting bracket/

mounting strap and wrap the xture’s ground wire around the ground screw. Use a screwdriver to tighten the top of ground screw (E) onto

the wires and into the mounting bracket/mounting strap. Tuck the wires into the junction box.
