PREPARING FOR INSTALLATION
Gently remove all of the contents from the carton. See the important notes above. Remove
theoldxturefromtheceiling,includingtheoldmountingstrap.
1.Placelampingassembly(T)andcircularrings(O)ofthexture’sbodyonaatsurface.
Pleasenotethatitisbesttolaythelampingassemblyinsidethecircularrings.Laythe
lampingonitssidesothatpost(U)pointstowardsawall.Lineuppost(U)withpost(W).Be
carefultokeepthewiresinplace.
2.Spacer(Q)androd(P)areonthexture’swires.Threadspacer(Q)ontopost(U)oflamp
body(T).Threadrod(P)ontopost(U).Pullthewiresthroughpost(N)untiltaut.
3.Takethemountingstrap(A)assemblyfromthepartsbag.Oneendofnipple(F)shouldbe
attachedtomountingstrap(A)withwasherandhexnut(CandD)inplace.Theotherend
should have canopy loop (H) attached.
4.Useascrewdriverandmountingscrews(B)toattachmountingstrap(A)tothejunction
box.(Note:Whenmountingstrap(A)isproperlyinstalled,abouthalfoftheexteriorthreads
ofnipple(F)areexposed,allowingcanopyloop(H)totsnuglyontonipple(F).Youmay
wanttotesttoensurethat,withcanopy(G)inplace,canopyloop(I)tsontonipple(F).After
testing,removecanopyloopcollar(I),canopy(G)andcanopyloop(H)fromthenippleand
place aside for later.
CLEANING TIPS
Treat the xture gently! Regular cleaning will reduce the need for deep cleaning. For regular cleaning, turn off the light and wipe down the
xture with a clean lint-free cotton or microber cloth. Never spray cleaner directly onto the xture.

FINISHING THE INSTALLATION
9.Pushcanopy(G)uptotheceiling.Slidecanopyloop(H)andcanopyloopcollar(I)upbeneaththecanopy.Tightlythreadcanopyloop
collar (I) onto canopy loop (H) to secure canopy (G) in place.
10.Installlightbulbs(notprovided)inaccordancewiththexture’sspecications.Donotexceedthemaximumrecommended
wattage.Positionthearms.Ifthedecorativetwists(R)areloose,usethesmalltool(Q)totighten.
Yourinstallationiscomplete.Turnonthepowerandtestthexture.
ASSEMBLING THE FIXTURE
5.Liftthecircularrings(O)andgentlyrotatelampbody(T)androd(P)intothethreadsofpost
(W).Placewasher(M)ontonipple(N)andtwisttoploop(L)ontothethreads.Pullthewires
throughtoploop(L).Bymeasuring,determinethecorrectnumberofchainlinksneededfor
properhangingheight.Ifnecessary,useapairofplierstoopenandremoveanyexcesschain
(J). Attach one chain connector (K) to each end of chain (J).
6. Connect one of chain connectors (K) to top loop (L) and close the chain connector. Feed
thexture’swiresupthroughthechain(everythreelinksorso),pullingthewiresuntiltaut.
Usethefreechainconnector(K)toattachchain(J)tocanopyloop(H).Untwistcanopyloop
collar(I)toallowcanopy(G)todropdownontothechain/wire.
CONNECTING THE WIRES
7.Haveanassistantsupportthexture’sweightwhilecompletingthewiring.Cutawaytheexcesswires.Thread
thexture’swiresthroughthecanopyloopandnipple.Refertothewiringdiagramandattachthexture’swires
tothepowersupplywiresfromthejunctionbox.
ConnectHottoHot,NeutraltoNeutral,andGroundtoGround.Twisttheendsofthewirepairstogether,and
thentwistonawireconnector.Makesurealltwistsareinthesamedirection.Ifthereisnohousegroundwire
comingfromthejunctionbox,locategroundscrew(E)onthemountingbracket/mountingstrapandwrapthe
xture’sgroundwirearoundthegroundscrew.Useascrewdrivertotightenthetopofgroundscrew(E)ontothe
wiresandintothemountingbracket/mountingstrap.Tuckthewiresintothejunctionbox.
