2 Insert the ashtray cover (61B) into the upper hole in the
dashboard, as shown.
1 Align the radio cover (61A) with the rectangular opening in the
dashboard. Secure in place with two CP screws.
3Now mount the ashtray (61C) under the cover and secure the
with a CP screw. 4 Align the tabs in the caravan roof panel with the corresponding
holes in the right outer wall (Stage 40). Secure the parts
together with three CP screws.

5Place the right inner caravan wall (61D) onto the inside of
the right outer wall. First tighten three IP screws into the
indicated holes.
6Tighten a further four IP screws into the inner wall to secure it.

2Install the speedometer into the indicated location in the
dashboard. Secure in place with two EP screws.
1Insert the speedometer (62B) into the housing (62A), printed side
first, as shown.
3Press the speedometer backlight (62C) into the speedometer. 4Slide the curtain (62D) onto the curtain rail (62E).

5Insert the ends of the curtain rail into the two holes over the
window in the right caravan wall.

2Pass the end of the switch 1 (63C) through the hole in function
button 1 housing (63B). Guide the metal prongs through the
upper hole, and then fold them over the cross-piece.
1Insert function button 1 (63A) into the indicated hole in
the dashboard.
3Place the button housing onto the rear of the dashboard over
function button 1 and secure with a CP screw. 4Align the tabs of the caravan roof with the corresponding parts
of the left caravan wall (63D).

5Secure the caravan wall to the roof with three CP screws.

2Pass the end of switch 2 (64C) through function switch 2 housing
(64B), guiding the metal prongs through the upper hole. Then fold
them around the cross-piece to secure.
1 Insert function button 2 (64A) into the rectangular hole in the
dashboard next to the ashtray.
3Screw the housing over function button 2 with two CP screws. 4Place the reflectors (64E) into the reflector mounts (64D).

5 Mount the reflectors to the corresponding points towards the
bottom of the left caravan wall and fix them in place with
two EP screws.

KP. 2 x 3 x 5mm screws
EP. 1.7 x 2.5 x 5mm screws
Stage 65: Left caravan window

2Secure the chamber from the other side of the bulkhead with
two KP screws.
1Insert the posts on the bottom of the air intake chamber (65A)
into the two holes in the bulkhead.
3Place the left caravan window (65B) over the corresponding
opening in the left caravan wall, aligning the tabs with the
holes around the opening.
4Secure the window with four EP screws.
