Stage 41: Centre console
Your parts:
41A. Centre console upper
41B. Centre console lower
41C. Handbrake lever
41D. Reector housings
CP. 1.7 x 4mm screws
EP. 1.7 x 2.5 washer screws

2 Turn the centre console upper over and insert the three posts into
the corresponding holes in the centre console lower (41B)
1Pass the handbrake lever (41C) through the slot at the front of the
centre console upper (41A).The lever can only fit in one position.
4Place the centre console over the space in the middle of the floor,
between the seatbelt holders.
3 Secure the parts together with three CP screws from inside the
centre console lower.
6Insert the two reflector housings (41D) into the two corresponding
holes in the caravan right wall (40H).
5Fix the centre console to the floor with two CP screws
from underneath.

7 Secure the reflector housings to the caravan wall with two EP
screws from the inside.

Stage 42: Gear lever
Your parts:
42A. Gear lever base
42B. Gear lever
42C. Gear lever base bracket
42D. Gear lever knob
42E. Heater lever
42F. Right caravan window
CP. 1.7 x 4mm screws
EP. 1.7 x 2.5mm washer screws

2 Pass the assembly up through the large circular hole in the
centre console, aligning the matching holes of both parts.
1 Pass the gear lever (42B) up through the holder (42A) and into
the hole in the knob (42D).
4 Insert the heater lever (42E) into the hole at the front of the
centre console.
3 Place the gear lever base bracket (42C) over the bottom of the
base and secure with two CP screws.
6Secure the window with four EP screws.
5Place the holes in the four tabs around the caravan window
(42F) over the posts around the window opening in the
caravan right wall.

IP. 2 x 4mm screws
Stage 43: Left rear interior side

2 Secure the left rear interior side from underneath with two
IP screws.
1Insert the three posts on the bottom of the left rear interior
side (43A) into the corresponding holes in the left side of the
interior floor.
3Place the first reflector (43B) into one of the reflector housings
in the right caravan wall. 4Fit the second reflector (43B) in the same way to the other
housing in the right wall.

Stage 44: Right rear interior side
Your parts:
44A. Right rear interior side
44B. Exterior of the front door
IP. 2 x 4mm screws

2 Hold the part in place and secure from the underside with two
IP screws.
1 Insert the posts on the bottom of the right rear interior side (44A)
into the corresponding holes in the right side of the interior floor.

45B. Rear seat cover
45C. Sponge
45D. Caravan door vent
FP. 2 x 3mm screws
IP. 2 x 4mm screws
BP. 1.5 x 4mm screws
Stage 45: Rear seat

2 Take the rear seat base (45A) and place it under the tabs of the
rear seat cover (see next step).
1 Insert the sponge (45C) into the rear seat cover (45B), making
sure all the sides line up properly.
3Align the hole in the cover tabs with those in the base and
tighten an EP screw into each. 4Place the rear seat between the two rear interior sides,
inserting the posts into the holes.

6Mount the caravan door vent (45D) to the outside of the caravan
door using four BP screws. 5 Secure the seat from underneath with two IP screws.
