BM. 2 x 4mm screws

Stage 96: Engine side covers

2Secure in place with two BM screws.

1 Open the engine compartment and place the left engine side

cover (96A) inside the rear of the body.

3Install the right engine side cover inside the rear of the body. 4Fix the cover in place with two BM screws.

Stage 97: Caravan right seat

Your parts:

97A. Left rear light lens

97B. Left rear light housing

97C. Caravan right seat cushion

CP. 1.7 x 4mm screws

2Place the caravan right seat cushion (97C) on top of the

base (96C).

1 Place the left rear light housing (97B) into the lens (97A). Press

the parts together

3Secure one end of the seat cushion with a CP screw. 4Secure the other end with a second CP screw.

Stage 98: Left rear light

Your parts:

98A. Rear chassis beam

98B. Caravan right seat back

DP. 1.7 x 5mm screws

PP. 2 x 5mm screws

3Insert the posts of the caravan right seat back (98B) into the

holes in the seat base. 4Secure the back from inside the base with two DP screws.

5Place the right seat onto the side of the caravan floor, inserting

the posts into the corresponding holes. 6Secure the seat from beneath with three DP screws.

2Secure the light with a PP screw.

1 Insert the left rear light assembly from the previous stage into

the rear chassis beam (98A).

AM. 1.7 x 3mm screws

Stage 99: Rear lights

2Pass the cable all the way through and lay it along the inside of

the beam.

1Pass the connector end of the licence plate light (99B) through the

central hole in the rear chassis beam (98A).

3Insert the two LEDs on the rear lights cable (99A) into the holes

shown at the top of the beam, and lay the cable between the

indicated posts.

4Place four tabs (99C) over the cable in the positions shown.

5Secure the tabs with four AM screws.

Stage 100: Right rear light

2Mount the right rear light in the right end of the beam.

1 Place the right rear light housing (100B) into the lens (100A).

3Push the right rear LED into the right rear light housing. 4Secure the right rear light housing to the beam with a PP screw.

6Fix the second hinge to the cabinet with another HP screw.

5 Attach one of the hinges (100D) to the cabinet (99D) with an

HP screw.

Stage 101: Rear bumper

Your parts:

101A. Rear bumper

101B. Rear bumper mounts

101C. Rear licence plate light

101D. Cabinet doors

AP 1.7 x 3mm screws

CP 1.7 x 4mm screws

GM 1.7 x 4mm screws

HP. 1.5 x 3mm screws

MS. 2.3 x 5mm screws

3Place the rear bumper onto the rear chassis beam (Stage 100).

Slide the license plate light over the LEDs. Align the holes at

either end of the bumper with those in the beam.

4Secure the parts together with two GM screws.

5Pass the connectors of the rear lights through the holes in left

side of the rear of the body. 6Fix the beam in place form inside the body with two SM screws.

2Place the rear license plate light (101C) in the center of the

bumper. Align the holes of both parts and secure with two AP

screws.

1Fix the rear bumper mounts (101 B) to the inside of the rear

bumper (101A) with two AP and CP screws.

7Insert the cabinet door handle (100C) into the center hole in the

cabinet door (101D). Secure in position with a CP screw.

assemblies, unused parts and spares labelled to one side for later use.

11Secure the cabinet from below with two CP screws.

8Place the cabinet door into the front of the cabinet. Close the

hinges and align their holes with those in the door.

9 Secure the hinges to the door with four HP screws. 10Insert the two posts on the underside of the cabinet into the

corresponding holes in the caravan floor
