Cosm Chair Beam Bolt Replacement
How to dissemble and assemble your
beam bolt.
. Using power drive with mm hex bit which needs to be inches long to
take out the arm from the chair.

. Using T- Torx bit, unscrew the attachment bolt and remove the height
adjust control down.
. Place the pound quick clamp with jaws reversed in between the
frames of the chair and gently clamp until some resistance.
Note: Don’t over stretch the frame.

Step 4
New Beam Bolt Installation
. Remove the old beam bolts using T- Torx bit.
Step 7
. Using T- Torx bit, install the new beam bolts.
Step 5
. Remove the old nylon bushing by using needle nose pliers.
Step 6
. Insert the new nylon bushing.

Step 9
. Place the height adjust control in position and install it using T-
torx bit. Check the cable for proper actuation.

. Install the arms to the chair..
