• This product should be installed by a fully certied electrician in
accordance with local building and electrical codes.
• Due to risk of electric shock, ensure that the main power source and
circuit breakers are switched o before performing any installation or
wiring procedures.
• Failure to properly support the xture during installation may cause
damage or injury, for which the manufacturer is not responsible. Ensure
the mount is securely attached and will support the weight of the xture.

Installation Instructions
1. Install suspension hooks (not provided) 22”or 44”
apart on ceiling. Ensure that mounting hooks can
support weight of xture.
2. Hang suspension chains on the suspension hooks.
3. Attach the v-hooks into the holes on each side of the
xture.
4. Hang the xture by hooking suspension chains onto
v-hooks as shown.
5. Remove screw from wire access plate to
make connections.
