Installation, servicing and troubleshooting of all electrical equipment must be carried out by quali-
fied personnel in compliance with the applicable national and international standard EN 60204-1
and any other EU standards that are applicable in Europe.
The installation of a power supply isolator is required for each motor and power supply to facilitate
voltage-free work on the electrical equipment. The power supply isolator is not included.

1. Disconnect power to the actuator.
2. Turn 4 quarter turn (A) at the front.
3. Remove 3 screws (B) from the power supply.
4. Remove screw and tooth lock washer from the earth connection (C).
5. Remove the connector (D) and the cover (E) from the actuator.
6. Disconnect the wires from the connection box (F).
7. Loosen the cable glands (G) and pull the wires through them.

8. Remove locking ring using a pointed pliers (H).
9. Remove the metal pin (I) and plug (J) with the aid of a hammer and an ø4x220 mm rod.
10. Remove the screws (H) from the gasket.
11. Pull out the actuator (L).

12. Dismantle the defective enclosure base by removing 6 pcs. of 10 mm coach screws (L) washers and
the sealing ring (M).
13. Install the new actuator base using the 6 sealing rings (M) washers and the 10 mm coach screws (L).
14. Insert the actuator (L).

15. Hammer in the metal pin (I).
16. Insert the locking ring (H).
17. Push in the plug (J).
18. Mount the gasket using the 2 screws (K).

19. Pull the wires through the cable glands (G) and tighten them.
20. Reconnect the wires to the connection box (F).
21. Mount the connector (D) and the cover (E) to the actuator.
22. Mount the screw and tooth lock washer to the earth connection (C).
23. Replace the 3 screws (B) on the power supply.
24. Turn 4 quarter turn (A) at the front.
25. Reconnect power to the actuator.
