tilt bushing.
. Using power drive with mm hex bit which needs to be  inches long to
take out the arm from the chair.

. Using T- Torx bit, unscrew the attachment bolt and remove the height
adjust control down.

. Place the  pound quick clamp with jaws reversed in between the
frames of the chair and gently clamp until some resistance.
Note: Don’t over stretch the frame.

. Remove the beam bolts using T- Torx bit.
. Pull out and up on the rear spine.
. Rotate the entire chair forward and take out the back frame assembly.
. Remove the old tilt bushing.
. Remove the nylon bushing by using needle nose pliers.

New Tilt Bushing Installation

. Install the new tile bushing. . To Install the back frame assembly, line up the notches in the front
casting with the bushing and rotate the entire assembly backwards.
. Hook the back frame legs inside the casting.

. Place the  pound quick clamp back in and pump it until
the slot in the back frame assembly line up with the casting.
. Push the rear spine into place.
Step 11
. Insert the nylon bushing.

. Using T- Torx bit, install the beam bolts. . Install the arms to the chair..

. Place the height adjust control in position and install it using
T- torx bit. Check the cable for proper actuation.
