. Using T- Torx bit, unscrew the attachment bolt and remove the height

adjust control down.

. Using flat screw driver, unhook the four tabs of upper antler cover

and take out.

Step 

. Insert the flat screw driver into the lower antler cover hole and gently pry

down until both sides are released.

. Pull and take out the lower antler cover.

. Using flat screw driver, li up and pull out the tilt housing cover. . slide in the flat screw driver from back of the tilt and catch the back

edge of cable actuator housing.

. Pry down and pop the control loose to take out.

. Using power drive with mm hex bit which needs to be  inches long to

take out the arm from the chair.

. Place the  pound quick clamp with jaws reversed in between the

frames of the chair and gently clamp until some resistance.

Note: Don’t over stretch the frame.

. Remove the beam bolts using T- Torx bit.

. Pull out and up on the rear spine.

. Rotate the entire chair forward and take out the back frame assembly.

. Take out the tilt bushing.

. Remove the nylon bushing by using needle nose pliers.

. Take out the flange bushing.

. Place foot on the casting and apply pressure to the tilt and pull the old

steel plate out at the same time.

. Remove the old rear casting from the tilt.

. Make sure the tension block is all the way forward.

. Place the li-o tool by facing tappered edge against the

bottom of the tilt and hit with mallet.

. Take out the tilt bushing.

Step 

. Take out the spring boards from tilt.

. Remove the old tilt from base.

. Place the new tilt into base and press it hardly.

Step 

New Self Adjusting Tilt Installation

. Make sure the clip edge of the spring boards facing backward

and install the spring board holes into tilt tabs.

Step 

. Insert the tilt bushing.

Step 

. Hook the rear casting in position and rotate down.

. Drop the steel plate in place and apply pressure by foot.

Step 

. Install the tilt bushing.

Step 

. Install the flange bushing.

Step 

. To Install the back frame assembly, line up the notches in the front

casting with the bushing and rotate the entire assembly backwards.

. Hook the back frame legs inside the casting.

Step 

. Place the  pound quick clamp back in and pump it until

the slot in the back frame assembly line up with the casting.

. Push the rear spine into place.

. Insert the nylon bushing.

Step 

. Using T- Torx bit, install the beam bolts.

. Install the arms to the chair.. To Install height adjust cable assembly, make the fork edge of the cable

actuator hooked under the lip inside the tilt.

. Using # screw driver, pry down on the top of the housing and make sure

not to impact with cable.

Step 

. Slide the tilt housing cover in and make the center post on

the cover snaps into tilt tab.

Step 

. Install the upper antler cover inside the depression in the castings

and snap into place.

Step Step 

. Place the height adjust control in position and install it using

T- torx bit. Check the cable for proper actuation.

. Install the lower antler cover, by putting the back hooks into

casting holes rst and snap the rear edge of the cover down.
