The seller is obligated to provide a warranty of ve years for the delivered
goods regarding material andmanufacturing. The warranty period isconsid-
eredtostartonthedeliverydateoftheproduct.Ifadefectinrawmaterialsora
produconawisfound,thesellerisobligated,whentheproductissenttothe
sellerwithoutdelayorbeforeexpiraonofthewarranty,toamendthemistake
athis/herdiscreoneitherbyrepairingthedefecveproductorbydelivering
freeofchargetothebuyeranewawlessproductandsendingittothebuyer.
Deliverycostsfortherepairunderwarrantywillbepaidbythebuyerandthe
returncostsbytheseller.Thewarrantydoesnotcomprisedamagescausedby
accident,lightning,oodorothernaturalphenomenon,normalwearandtear,
improperorcareless handling, abnormaluse,overloading,improperstorage,
incorrectcareorreconstrucon,orchangesandinstallaonworknotdoneby
thesellerorhis/herauthorizedrepresentave.Theseleconofmaterialsfor
devicespronetocorrosionisthebuyer’sresponsibility,unlessotherwiseisle-
gallyagreedupon.Shouldthemanufactureralterthestructureofthedevice,
thesellerisnotobligatedtomakecomparablechangestodevicesalreadypur-
chased.Appealingforwarrantyrequiresthatthebuyerhascorrectlyfullled
his/herduesarisenfromthedeliveryandstatedinthecontract.Theseller
willgiveanewwarrantyforgoodsthathavebeenreplacedorrepairedwithin
the warranty, however only to the expiraon of the original product’s war-
rantyme.Thewarrantyincludestherepairofadefecvepartordevice,orif
needed,anewpartordevice,butnotinstallaonorexchangecosts.Underno
circumstanceisthesellerliablefordamagescompensaonforindirectdamage.
