28mm Shop #1
B28-CS-002
Please read these instructions fully before starting construction.
PVA or equivalent glue will be required to stick sections together.
Sand paper can be used to gently clean any joints.
A sharp modelling knife will be required to remove sections from the sprue. Please use knives with due care and remember
to cut away from yourself at all times.
During the construction of this model, you may find it convenient to use pegs / elastic bands to hold pieces in place while
you allow glue to dry.
Ground Floor (B28-CS-100)
First attach the side and rear walls to the base
with any etched details facing outwards. The side
walls are interchangeable so you can choose
which side you have the door on.
The front wall of the shop is formed from the pieces
shown above.
Note the central piece is thicker on the right hand side.
Attach the front wall pieces to the building as
shown above.
Use the ‘S’ to lock the pieces into position. (Its sprue
points face into the shop)
Attach the outer skin to the side and rear walls.
The outer skin of the side walls fit flush to them,
the rear wall (which is supplied in 2 pieces)
overlaps the sides.
These pieces form the outer skin of the front wall.
Starting with the doorway (and working right to
left), attach the outer skin to the front wall.
Glue the drain pipe into place (with the kink at the
top).
Middle Floor (B28-CS-150)
NB: The “front” of the floor of this level is marked
with two V’s.
Attach the walls to the base, with any etched detail
facing outwards. The lugs on the side and rear walls
are designed to extend below the level of the floor as
they help the levels lock together. The side walls are
interchangeable.
Sit the upper floor on the ground floor, then
attach the outer skin to the walls. The rear walls
outer skin is supplied in 2 pieces.
Glue the drainpipe into place.
Roof (B28-CS-200)
NB: The “front” of the floor of this level is marked
with two V’s.
Attach the walls to the base. The lugs on the side and
rear walls are designed to extend below the level of
the floor as they help the levels lock together.
Attach the outer skin to the walls.
Glue the wall caps into place.
Attach the top of the drainpipe.
The skylight is formed from the pieces shown.
Glue one set of windows to the end pieces so the
top of the windows are flush with the top of the
triangle.
