Coats HTS Cable Replacement Operating instructions

1. Slide the Cable end through the Inflator Nozzle hole where shown.

Use Wire Strippers to remove 5/8” (.625”) insulation.

2. Slide the Valve Stem Puller (85611399), on the Cable until it touches the insulation.

Use a 1/16” Allen Wrench to tighten the Set Screw securely.

3. While holding the Cable, pull on the Nozzle to ensure that it is securely fastened.
