Stage 36: Rear right wheel arch
Your parts:
36A. Right rear wheel arch
36B. Ignition coil
36C. High voltage cable
DP. Screws 1.7 x 5mm, 5 + 3 pieces
BM. M 2.0 x 4mm screws, 4 + 2 pieces
GM. Screws 1.7 x 4mm, 2 + 1 piece

2 Insert the pins on the ignition coil (36B) into the corresponding
holes in the rear right wheel arch. Secure from the other side of
the wheel arch with a DP screw.
1Secure the rear right wheel arch (36A) to the chassis over the right
rear wheel with two BM screws.
4 Connect the ends of the high voltage cable (36C) to the end of the
ignition coil tabs and the distributor.
3Retrieve the engine side cover (Stage 12) and place it onto the
chassis up against the rear right wheel arch and secure with two
GM screws.
6 Place the assembly over the engine, placing the tabs in the wall
onto the posts on the chassis, placing the hole in the top cover
over the fan pipe. Fix in position with two BM screws.
5Insert the tabs of the engine top cover (Stage 35) into the
corresponding slots in the rear wall (Stage 33), as shown.

8 Fix the other side of the top cover to to the rear left wheel arch
with two more DP screws.
7 Secure the top cover to the rear right wheel arch with two
DP screws.

Stage 37: The circuit board

4 Lead the black double, the blue double, the green double and
the black and white wires forward through the middle channel
in the chassis. Secure three flat wire holders to the holes over the
wires with AM screws, as shown.
5Pass the red and black wire off to the side behind the left front
wheel arch. Fix another flat wire holder over the wire with two
AM screws.
6 Lead the green and black, blue and black and green and white
wires back and up onto the engine top cover, as shown. Fix to the
chassis with one flat wire holder and two AM screws.
2 Secure the circuit board to the floor with four DM screws. Be
careful not to overtighten them as this can damage the board.
1Place the circuit board (37A) onto the four holes in the floor, as
shown, with all the wires pointing up.
3Lead the red double wire and the red and white wire forward in
the channel in the chassis. Secure two flat wire holders (37B) to
the two sets of holes, over the wires with AM screws.

7Fix the wires to the top cover with another holder and
two AP screws.

8 Pass the blue and green wire through the space between the
floor, engine and rear wall (above left). Run the wire back past
the end of the chassis (above right).
9 Secure the wire to the underside of the chassis with the small and large wire holder, and an AM and AP
screw, in the positions shown.

Stage 38: The speaker

2 Place the speaker over the circular recess in the floor. The yellow
wire from the circuit board will connect to the wire coming form
the speaker.
1Arrange the wires coming from the circuit board to match those
shown above. Place the wire holder (38C) onto the floor over the
yellow and the red and black wire, and secure with two AM screws.
3 Connect the yellow speaker wire to the yellow circuit
board wire. 4Place the washers (38B) over the holes around the circular
recess in the floor and secure with three EM screws.

2 Place the heating coupling (39B) into the holes in the raised
section at the front of the floor, as shown.
1 Lay the floor (39A) on a flat surface.
3Secure the coupling to the floor with an EP screw from
the underside.

CP. M screws 1.7 x 4mm, 6 + 3 pieces

2Fit the passenger seat belt holder (40B) to the floor next to the
driver seat belt holder with a CP screw.
1Place the driver seat belt holder (40A) on the floor, over the left
hole in the centre. Secure from underneath with a CP screw.
4Fit the clutch pedal (40D) into the middle slot at the front of the
floor. Align the hole of the pedal with the corresponding hole in
the floor. Secure with a CP screw.
3 Insert the pin on the underside of the accelerator pedal (40C)
into the floor. Secure with a CP screw.
6Gently open the tabs at the end of the brake cable (40G).
5Slide the brake pedal (40E) into the inner slot in the floor. Place
the brake pedal plate (40F) over it and secure with a screw (CP).

8 Mount the caravan door upper trim (40I) on the outside of the
caravan side wall (40H), around the top of the door opening.
7Place the brake cable (40G) next to the brake cable slots and
secure with a CP screw.
