2 Turn the assembly around and place the inner wheel rim (31C)
into the tyre.
1 Start the wheel assembly by inserting the outer wheel rim (31B)
into the tyre (31A).
3Secure the parts together with three DM screws.

Stage 32: Fitting the wheel
Your parts:
32A. Wheel trim
32B. Valve
32C. Washer
32D. Brake plate
32E. Handbrake actuating lever
32F. Front brake lines
CM. 2.3 x 4mm screws

3 Prepare the wheel assembled in the previous stage and insert
the valve (32B) into the hole in the outer wheel rim.
2 Slide the end of one of the rear brake lines (32F) onto the pin on
the lever.
1 Mount the handbrake actuating lever (32E) onto the indicated pin
of the brake plate (32D).
4Place the right front brake plate (32D) onto the right rear
suspension. Fit the rear wheel onto the right wheel hub (4H).
Place a washer (32C) into the centre of the wheel and secure both to
the hub with a CM screw.
5 Take the wheel trim (32A) and fit it over the screw. 6Pass the free end of the brake line over the driveshaft. Connect
the end of the cable to the tab on the cable cover (14G) between
the fuel tank and transmission mounts.

1Take the left engine cover (33A) and place it onto the left side of
the chassis, aligning the holes of both parts. 2Secure the left engine cover to the chassis with four AM screws.

Stage 34: Left rear wheel arch
Your parts:
34A. Left rear wheel arch
34B. Side engine cover
34C. Regulator
DP. 1.7 x 5mm screws
BM. 2 x 4mm screws

2Secure the regulator with a DP screw from the other side.
1Insert the pin on the reverse of the regulator (34C) into the
indicated hole in the left rear wheel arch (34A).
3Place the left rear wheel arch onto the chassis, aligning the
corresponding holes of both parts. Secure with two BM screws.
5 Secure the cover with a DP screw from the other side of the arch.
4 Place the side engine cover (34B) up against the left rear wheel
arch, aligning the post with the hole.

Stage 35: Engine top cover

2 Secure the air inlet cover with two DP screws.
1 Place the left air inlet cover (35A) onto the engine top cover (35C),
inserting the posts into the holes.
4 Secure the air inlet cover with two more DP screws.
3Place the right air inlet cover (35B) onto the engine top
cover (35C).
