Read this manual thoroughly before you start using the product.
The safety precautions instructions reduces the risk of fire, electric shock and
injury when correctly complied to.
Please follow all instructions and take notice of all warnings.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
GENERAL SAFETY
• Before turning on, make sure your outlet voltage and circuit frequency
correspond to the voltage stated on the appliance rating label. If this is not the
case, do not use the appliance.
• Insert the plug firmly into an appropriate mains socket. Do not alter the plug.
Do not use an extension cord or electrical outlet with inadequate
current-carrying capacity.
• To protect against fire and electric shock, do not immerse the cord, plug or
the appliance itself in water or other liquid. Ensure your hands are dry before
handling the plug or switching on the appliance. Do not use it outdoors or on
wet surfaces.
• Do not kink or damage the power cord. Do not wrap it around the appliance.
Do not pull or carry the product by the cord. Do not use the cord as a handle,
close a door on the cord or pull the cord around sharp edges or corners. Do not
run the product over the cord. Run the cord in such a way that there will be no
risk of anyone pulling it inadvertently or tripping over it. Keep the cord away
from heated surfaces.
• This product is intended for household use only. Do not use the product
outdoors. Do not use steam for space heating purposes.

• Do not use this product for anything other than its intended purpose, and only
use it as described in these operating instructions.
• Always switch o the appliance first and then unplug the cord from the outlet
when you have finished, before connecting or changing accessories
and before cleaning the appliance.
• Do not leave the product unattended when plugged in.
• This appliance is not a toy; make sure children do not play with it. Cleaning
and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older
than 8 and supervised. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of
children less than 8 years. Close attention is necessary when using the
product near children.
• Only use the appliance with the accessories provided by the manufacturer.
Improper installation and the use of accessory attachments not recommended
by the appliance manufacturer may result in fire, electric shock, personal injury
and/or damage to the unit.
• Always unplug the device from the power point before changing accessories.
• Fill the water tank only with tap water. In hard water areas, the use of distilled
or demineralised water is recommended as it will help prevent the build-up
of sediments.
• Do not use aromatic or alcohol-based products or descaling agents in the
product water tank because these can damage the product.
• Never stick any objects in the openings. Do not use the device if the openings
are blocked.
• Do not direct steam at people, animals, plants and equipment containing
electrical components (such as the interior of ovens). Do not clean over floor
electrical outlets.
• Keep your work area well lit. Only use the appliance on a flat and stable surface
where it is unlikely to be overturned.
• The water tank must be filled before connecting the appliance to the power
supply. The appliance must be disconnected from the power supply before
emptying or refilling the water tank. Empty the tank after use.

Make sure that your outlet voltage and circuit frequency correspond to the
voltage stated on the appliance rating plate.
Connect the appliance to a properly earthed power outlet, which must be
easily accessible so that you can unplug it if necessary.
Do not kink or damage the power cord. Do not let it hang over the edge of a
table or benchtop, and do not let it touch hot or sharp surfaces. Make sure the
cord does not run under the steam cleaner.
Do not insert any objects into the appliance.
USAGE RESTICTIONS AND CONDITIONS
This appliance is intended for indoor domestic use only. It is not suitable for
commercial, industrial or laboratory use.
Do not use the appliance outdoors.
The appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer.

Switch the appliance o and unplug it from the power supply after you have
finished using it and before cleaning, servicing, maintenance, or moving the
appliance. DO NOT pull the cord when disconnecting, grip the plug and pull it
gently out of the outlet.
To reduce the risk of electrocution and other electrical hazards, do not immerse
the cord or plug in water, do not spill liquids onto the steam cleaner, and do
not operate it with wet hands.
Do not use this appliance if it has a damaged cord or plug, if it is not working
properly, or if it has been damaged or dropped. If damaged, please contact our

Do not attempt to repair, disassemble, or modify the appliance.
There are no user-serviceable parts inside this unit.

The appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction on the use
of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
Supervise children to ensure they do not play with the appliance. Do not allow
children to clean the steam cleaner or perform user maintenance.
Maintain the product in a clean condition to avoid deterioration, which could
aect its working life and result in a hazard risk.
We accept no liability for any eventual damages due to improper use, incorrect
handling or non compliance with these instructions.
• Keep the steam product from water; do not allow it to get wet. If the
product is wet, do not plug it into a wall socket or turn it on. Do not handle the
steam cleaner with wet hands.
• Do not open the tank cap during use.
• Keep the appliance away from heat sources (radiator, oven etc.), direct sunlight,
moisture and sharp edges. WARNING: Do not steam clothes that are being
worn! Never use the garment steamer on clothing that you are (or someone
else is) wearing.
• Put the appliance away after every use to prevent anyone tripping over it.
Before storage, drain any water remaining in the tank and let the appliance cool
down for at least 30 minutes. Store the appliance in a cool, dry indoor area, out
of reach of children.
This symbol indicates that the appliance
emits hot steam during use. Exercise utmost
care when using the appliance to avoid
scalding. Always handle with care and warn
other users of the potential danger.

• Use extra care when cleaning on stairs. Do not rest the appliance on stairs
when it is not in use.
• Do not use the appliance in an enclosed space that is filled with vapour given
o by oil-based paint, petrol, paint thinner, some mothproofing substances,
flammable dust, or other explosive or toxic fumes.
• This appliance is NOT suitable for use on the following surfaces:
- Do not use on leather.
- Do not use on synthetic fabrics, velvet or other delicate,
steam-sensitive materials.
• After use, store the appliance indoors in a cool, dry place.
• Never remove parts (such as screws, etc.) from the appliance. Otherwise, you
may risk damaging the unit and voiding your warranty. In case of damage or
malfunction, contact our after sales support centre for advice.
• All repairs and service work, including replacing the power cord, may only be
conducted by an authorised technician. It is hazardous for anyone other than a
competent person to carry out any service or repair operation that involves the
removal of a cover which gives protection against exposure to electrical parts.
To avoid scalding and burns, take extra care when using the steam cleaner.
• The high temperatures generated by the steam cleaner can cause injuries
and burns. Avoid skin contact with the appliance during use.
• Never point the steamer head at persons, pets or plants, and only use it on
surfaces or objects that can withstand high temperatures.
• Do not open the filling aperture during use.
• After use, allow the product sucient time to cool before removing the cleaning.
• Liquid or steam not directed towards equipment containing electrical
components.
• Care should be taken when using the appliance due to the emission
of steam.

UNPACKING
When unpacking the product, be sure to keep all the packaging materials
until you have made sure your new product is undamaged and in good
working order. This product has been packaging to protect itself
against transportation.
Be sure to remove all packaging materials around the product and that
the plastic film used is also removed.
CAUTION: Plastic wrapping can be a suffocation hazard for babies and young
children. Make sure all packaging materials are out of reach for children and
that they are disposed of correctly.
