Read this manual thoroughly before you start using the product.
The safety precautions instructions reduces the risk of fire, electric shock and
injury when correctly complied to.
Please follow all instructions and take notice of all warnings.

GENERAL SAFETY
The lightning flash with symbol within the
triangle is intended to warn you of a
non-insulated dangerous voltage in the
product’s enclosure that could be of
sucient magnitude to generate a risk of
electric shock to persons.
The exclamation point within the triangle
is intended to warn you to the presence
of important operating and maintenance
instructions in the documents included with
the product.

This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be
supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

• This appliance is intended for private household use only.
It is not intended for commercial/industrial or trade use. Do not use it outdoors.
• Do not use this product for anything other than its intended purpose, and only
use it as described in this manual.
• Misuse of the appliance may result in potential injury, risk of fire and/or electric
shock. We accept no liability for any eventual damages or injury misuse of the
product or noncompliance with the instructions.
• When using the product, it must be on a stable, secure, dry and level surface,
out of children’s reach, to prevent damage or injury.
• DO NOT operate the product under the following conditions:
* In a damp place or in areas with high humidity (such as in a bathroom)
* On or near a hot cooktop, in a heated oven, or near an open flame.
* On a metal tray.
* In confined spaces or under overhanging furniture/structures.
• The use of accessory attachments not recommended in this manual may cause
electric shock, fire or personal injuries.
WARNING: Do not put anything else (such as oversized food, metal foil
packages or utensils) into the baking plate. Doing so may create a fire or
electric shock hazard.

• Do not leave the product unattended when the power is turned on.
• Ensure the product is switched o before removing hot contents it from the
base. Do not move the appliance while it is switched on.
• Always unplug the product from the outlet when it is not in use. To disconnect,
turn o the power at the outlet, then remove the plug from the wall. Grip the
plug when disconnecting, do not pull the cord.
CAUTION: Unplug the product and allow it to cool before cleaning and
maintenance. To prevent damage to the appliance, do not use abrasive or
alkaline cleaning agents when cleaning. Use a soft cloth and a mild detergent.
• Do not touch any part of the product housing when it is in use. The surfaces get
hot. Only touch the handle. Do not put any part of your hand or body near the
product when it is turned on.
• Take care when handling the product after use.
WARNING: Do not place your hand inside the product while in use.
• The product heats up and can cause burns. The temperature of accessible
surfaces, especially the products metal parts, can become very hot when the
appliance is operating. Do not touch hot surfaces during or immediately after
use. Use handles.
• Always use oven mitts when handling hot material and allow metal parts to
cool before cleaning.
• Take care when taking out hot contents to avoid injuries.
• The product are not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or
separate remote-control system.
• Cooking contents may burn. Therefore this product must not be used near
or below curtains and other combustible materials. They must be watched.

CAUTION: HOT SURFACES
ELECTRICAL SAFETY AND POWER CORD HANDLING
Before connecting the product to the power supply, make sure your
outlet voltage and circuit frequency correspond to the voltage indicated on
the appliance rating label and your outlet socket is properly earthed. If this is
not the case, do not use the toaster.
• Do not use any other appliance at the same time on the same electrical circuit
as it may overload the circuit and blow the fuse or breaker.
• To protect against fire and electric shock, do not immerse the cord, plug, power
base or the toaster itself in water or other liquid. Do not expose the electrical
connections to water.
Do not kink, bend, squash, strain or damage the power cord and protect it
from sharp edges and heat. Do not let the cord hang over the edge of
a table or benchtop. Do not let it touch hot surfaces. The cord should be run in
such a way that there will be no risk of anyone pulling it inadvertently.
Do not use an extension cord with this product.
Do not pick up or operate the appliance if the power supply cord, plug, power
base or toaster housing is damaged, or after it malfunctions or has been
damaged in any manner.
A damaged cord or plug must be replaced by the manufacturer or a qualified
person in order to avoid a hazard. In case of damage, contact our after
sales support centre for advice.
This appliances is intended to be used in household and similar applications
such as:
- sta kitchen areas in shops, oces and other working environments
- farm houses
- by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments
- bed and breakfast type environments
The appliance must not be immersed.
CAUTION: Do not operate the product on an inclined plane.

ASSEMBLING THE BROWNIE CUTTER
Assemble the brownie cutter on a flat, stable surface. Becareful as the cutter is
sharp and can cause harm to you or damage to some surfaces that you lean on
to assemble.
1. Insert the 3 blades into the openings of the bridge. (Refer to A)
2. The bridge is the base and must be at the bottom.
3. Once all blades inserted, line up the handle with the 3 grips to the 3 notches
on the bridge. (Refer to B)
4. Slide the handle to the notches, click it into place (Refer to B).
5. You can now use this to cut your brownies into squares.

Before installing your appliance, read all safety instructions in this manual,
especially the sections on electrical safety and installation.
INSTALLATION
UNPACKING
When unpacking the appliance, be sure to keep all the packaging materials
until you have made sure your new appliance is undamaged and in good
working order. This product has been packaging to protect itself
against transportation.
Be sure to remove all packaging materials around the appliance and that
the plastic film used is also removed.
CAUTION: Plastic wrapping can be a suffocation hazard for babies and young
children. Make sure all packaging materials are out of reach for children and
that they are disposed of correctly.
CAUTION
1. Remove all protective wrappings prior to cooking.
2. If product starts to smoke, turn off the power outlet the product is
connected to immediately.
3. Never attempt to remove hot contents without turning off the power
outlet to turn off the product, then unplugging the product from the
electrical outlet first. Be sure not to damage the internal
mechanism or heating elements when removing hot baked contents.
5. The Mini Bakery is only applicable for cooking brownies, donuts
or cupcakes.

USING YOUR MINI BAKERY (DONUTS & CUPCAKES TRAYS)
1. Before cooking, it is best to lightly coat your cooking tray accessory such
as the donut or cupcake tray with vegetable oil or butter to help prevent
sticking (when removing).
2. Preheat the appliance by closing the lid, plugging product into the wall
power outlet and switching power outlet on. (red and green indicator light
will turn on when powered).
WARNING: If you are using donut or cupcake tray, DO NOT INSERT into
appliance to preheat. You will insert into appliance once you have prepared
the ingedients/mix.
3. Prepare your pastries or deserts such as cupcakes, donuts or brownies before
turning on the appliance.
4. Allow minimum of 3 minutes for the product to preheat. When ready, the
green light will switch OFF indicating preheating is now completed and you
can now ready to cook.
5. While appliance is preheating you can prepare your pastries or baked goods
on the trays such as the Donuts or cupcakes tray.
6. Once you have filled the Donut or Cupcake tray, and once the appliance has
finished pre-heating, you can open the lid of the appliance.
7. While using OVEN MITTS, insert the Donut or Cupcake tray the you have
filled with your baking ingredients while holdingthe sides of the tray.
The tray has sides has a half circle edge which acts like a handle that
overhangs from the appliance so you can carefully place tray inside the
appliance safely. Though you must use OVEN MITTS for protection as the
appliance will be extremely hot.
8. Once the tray inserted, close the lid of the appliance with OVEN MITTS.
Steam may be released from this appliance during cooking.
For your safety avoid contact with steam as it is very hot and
can cause burns.
9. The cooking time will range between 3 to 7 minutes, depending on the type
of pastries/ingredients being cooked and personal preference.
10. Once cooking is completed to your liking, raise the lid using the handle and
OVEN MITTS, allow appliance and pasteries to cool for a minimum of 5
minutes before removing. NOTE: you can use the trays edges to lift out
of appliance. THIS IS EXTREMELY HOT AND ONLY TO BE HANDLED WITH
OVEN MITTS.

11. For brownies, use the appliance without any accessories. Once cooking is
completed or cooking to your preference. Allow the appliance and brownies
to completely cool before using the cooking cutter to cut up brownie
into squares. (or please follow below instructions (brownies).
12. Turn off the appliance by turning off the wall power outlet.
13. Once completely cooled you can clean the appliance by following the
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE isntructions.
USING YOUR MINI BAKERY (BROWNIES)
1. Before cooking, it is best to lightly coat the base tray of your appliance
(without the donut/cupcake tray) with vegetable oil or butter to help
prevent sticking.
2. Prepare your brownie mix and once you are happy with the mix, pour
into the plate of the appliance. (it will be 1 large piece).
3. Turn on the appliance by plugging product power plug into the wall
power outlet and switching power outlet on. (red and green indicator light
will turn on when powered).
WARNING: The appliance will become extremely hot, ALWAYS USE
OVEN MITTS WHILE HANDLING THIS PRODUCT.
4. The cooking timeframe will vary from 6 to 9 minutes (including preheating).
5. Once the brownie has cooked to your liking and preference, SWITCH OFF
the appliance by turning off the wall power outlet switch.
PLEASE MAKE SURE TO ALLOW THE APPLIANCE TO COMPLETELY
COOL BEFORE HANDLING, CUTTING OR ATTEMPTING TO
REMOVE INGREDIENTS.
6. Once the brownie and appliance has cooled enough to handle, use the
cookie cutter (included) that has now been assembled according to page 9,
to press down and cut up the brownie into square pieces.
7. Now that you brownies
are cut and appliance
have cooled you can use
a spatular to remove the
brownies to serve.

1. Before cleaning, unplug from the appliance and let the appliance cool
down completely.
2. Wipe the upper and base cooking surface plates with soft dry cloth,
never use metal polish.
3. You can hand wash the cooking trays (donut/cupcake) with woam,
soapy water.
THIS PRODUCT AND ACCSESORIES ARE NOT DISHWASHER SAFE.
4. Dry with a non-abrasive cloth or towel.
