Read this manual thoroughly before you start using the product.
The safety precautions instructions reduces the risk of fire, electric shock and
injury when correctly complied to.
Please follow all instructions and take notice of all warnings.

GENERAL SAFETY
• Before turning on, make sure your outlet voltage and circuit frequency
correspond to the voltage stated on the appliance rating label. If this is not the
case, do not use the appliance.
• Insert the plug firmly into an appropriate mains socket. Do not alter the plug.
Do not use an extension cord or electrical outlet with inadequate
current-carrying capacity.
• To protect against fire and electric shock, do not immerse the cord, plug or
the appliance itself in water or other liquid. Ensure your hands are dry before
handling the plug or switching on the appliance. Do not use it outdoors or on
wet surfaces.
• Do not kink or damage the power cord. Do not wrap it around the appliance.
Do not pull or carry the product by the cord. Do not use the cord as a handle,
close a door on the cord or pull the cord around sharp edges or corners. Do not
run the product over the cord. Run the cord in such a way that there will be no
risk of anyone pulling it inadvertently or tripping over it. Keep the cord away
from heated surfaces.
• This product is intended for household use only. Do not use the product
outdoors. Do not use steam for space heating purposes.
• Ensure the Product is not overhanging the edge of the supporting furniture.
• Do not place the product on cloth or other conductive materials.
• Warn children of the dangers of climbing on furniture to reach its controls and
to call for an adult to assist.

• This product is intended for cleaning floors in a domestic environment. Do not
use it for anything other than its intended purpose, and only use it as described
in these operating instructions.
• Always switch o the appliance first and then unplug the cord from the outlet
when you have finished, before connecting or changing accessories
and before emptying the dust tank or cleaning the appliance.
• Do not leave the steam cleaner unattended when plugged in.
• This appliance is not a toy; make sure children do not play with it. Cleaning
and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older
than 8 and supervised. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of
children less than 8 years. Close attention is necessary when using the
product near children.
• Only use the appliance with the accessories provided by the manufacturer.
Improper installation and the use of accessory attachments not recommended
by the appliance manufacturer may result in fire, electric shock, personal injury
and/or damage to the unit.
• Always unplug the device from the power point before changing accessories.
• Fill the water tank only with tap water. In hard water areas, the use of distilled
or demineralised water is recommended as it will help prevent the build-up
of sediments.
• Do not use aromatic or alcohol-based products or descaling agents in the
steam mop because these can damage the product.
• Never stick any objects in the openings. Do not use the device if the openings
are blocked.
• Wet hard floor surfaces are slippery. Take care to avoid slipping.
• Do not direct steam at people, animals, plants and equipment containing
electrical components (such as the interior of ovens). Do not clean over floor
electrical outlets.

Voltage: Make sure that your outlet voltage and circuit frequency
correspond to the voltage stated on the appliance rating plate.
Power outlet: Connect the appliance to a properly earthed power outlet,
which must be easily accessible so that you can unplug it if necessary.
Power cord: Do not kink or damage the power cord. Do not let it hang over
the edge of a table or benchtop, and do not let it touch hot or sharp surfaces.
Make sure the cord does not run under the steam cleaner.
Electrical safety: Do not insert any objects into the appliance.
USAGE RESTICTIONS AND CONDITIONS
This appliance is intended for indoor domestic use only. It is not suitable for
commercial, industrial or laboratory use.
Do not use the appliance outdoors.
The appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer.

Switch the appliance o and unplug it from the power supply after you have
finished using it and before cleaning, servicing, maintenance, or moving the
appliance. DO NOT pull the cord when disconnecting, grip the plug and pull it
gently out of the outlet.
To reduce the risk of electrocution and other electrical hazards, do not immerse
the cord or plug in water, do not spill liquids onto the steam cleaner, and do
not operate it with wet hands.
Do not use this appliance if it has a damaged cord or plug, if it is not working
properly, or if it has been damaged or dropped. If damaged, please contact our

Do not attempt to repair, disassemble, or modify the appliance.
There are no user-serviceable parts inside this unit.

The appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction on the use
of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
Supervise children to ensure they do not play with the appliance. Do not allow
children to clean the steam cleaner or perform user maintenance.
Maintain the product in a clean condition to avoid deterioration, which could
aect its working life and result in a hazard risk.
We accept no liability for any eventual damages due to improper use, incorrect
handling or non compliance with these instructions.
• Keep the steam cleaner away from water; do not allow it to get wet. If the
product is wet, do not plug it into a wall socket or turn it on. Do not handle the
steam cleaner with wet hands.
This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications
such as:
– sta kitchen areas in shops, oces and other working environments;
– farm houses;
– by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments;
– bed and breakfast type environments.

• Use extra care when cleaning on stairs. Do not rest the appliance on stairs
when it is not in use.
• Do not open the filling aperture during use.
• Do not use the appliance in an enclosed space that is filled with vapour given
o by oil-based paint, petrol, paint thinner, some mothproofing substances,
flammable dust, or other explosive or toxic fumes.
• Only use the steam mop with a cleaning pad attached.
• When operating, never turn the steam mop over or use while on its side.
• This appliance is NOT suitable for use on the following surfaces:
- Do not use on leather.
- Do not use on synthetic fabrics, velvet or other delicate,
steam-sensitive materials.
- Do not use on waxed polished furniture or floors.
- Do not use on unsealed timber floors. Test in an inconspicuous area or
check the care instructions from your flooring manufacturer.
• After use, store the appliance indoors in a cool, dry place. Do not store it with a
wet mop still attached.
• Never remove parts (such as screws, etc.) from the appliance. Otherwise, you
may risk damaging the unit and voiding your warranty. In case of damage or
malfunction, contact our after sales support centre for advice.
• All repairs and service work, including replacing the power cord, may only be
conducted by an authorised technician. It is hazardous for anyone other than a
competent person to carry out any service or repair operation that involves the
removal of a cover which gives protection against exposure to electrical parts.
To avoid scalding and burns, take extra care when using the steam cleaner.
• The high temperatures generated by the steam cleaner can cause injuries
and burns. Avoid skin contact with the appliance during use.
• Never point the steam mop at persons, pets or plants, and only use it on
surfaces or objects that can withstand high temperatures.
• Do not open the filling aperture during use.
• After use, allow the steam mop sucient time to cool before removing
the cleaning pad.
• Liquid or steam not directed towards equipment containing electrical
components.

Before installing your appliance, read all safety instructions in this manual,
especially the sections on electrical safety and installation.
INSTALLATION
UNPACKING
When unpacking the product, be sure to keep all the packaging materials
until you have made sure your new product is undamaged and in good
working order. This product has been packaging to protect itself
against transportation.
Be sure to remove all packaging materials around the product and that
the plastic film used is also removed.
CAUTION: Plastic wrapping can be a suffocation hazard for babies and young
children. Make sure all packaging materials are out of reach for children and
that they are disposed of correctly.

1 Before assembling the steam cleaner, please make sure the power
switch is in the OFF position.
2 Connect the part as shown below:

1 Fit the cloth sleeve over the Mop head as shown below.
2 Attach the glider when steaming.
3 Fill with water.
Open the tank cover, fill the tank to the MAX. line

- Press the handle Tube button, remove the handle from main body.
- Install the accessory adaptor at the top of the main body, until into place.
- Press the salient point at the accessory adaptor to remove the accessory
adaptor from main body.
- Choose the apropriate accessories, according to arrow indicator to align
and implant to accessory adaptor, then turn anti-clockwise, until into place.

USING THE STEAM CLEANER
NO CHEMICALS
Thoroughly cleans and sanitises floor surfaces without any chemicals.
NO ELBOW GREASE
Easily removes dirt and grime from hard floors or carpets, leaving them
hygienically clean without the need of hard physical labour.
TAP WATER ONLY
Designed for use with plain tap water that is converted into steam.
(Distilled or purified water is recommended for use in hard physical labour.
REUSABLE CLOTHS
Comes with two reusable, higly absortbent microfiber cloths that can be
machine-washed in hot water and tumble dried.
USE ON MOST HARD FLOORS
Designed for use on hard surfaces that will withstand high heat, including
ceramic tiles, marble, stone or linoleum floors and on sealed hardwood or
parquentry floor (but see the cautions below).
CAUTION!
DO NOT use the steam cleaner on unsealed wood floors.
DO NOT let the steam cleaner stand on any wood floor for an extended
period of time. This could cause the wood grain to expand. Test an
isolated area of the surface to be cleaned before proceeding.
TAKE EXTRA CARE when using the steam cleaner on surfaces that have
been treated with wax, as the heat and steam may remove the wax or
the sheen.
TAKE EXTRA CARE when using the steam cleaner on vinyl, linoleym or
any other heat-sensitive floors, as too much much heat can melt the glue
on the floor. We recommend cleaning a small sample first in an
inconspicious for the surface to ensure suitability for steam cleaning.
WARNING: NEVER RUN THE STEAM MOP WITHOUT WATER. NEVER
DIRECT STEAM AT ANY PERSON OR ANIMAL.

HOW TO USE
Before you start steam cleaning your floors, make sure:
- The surfaces to be steam cleaned have been swept or vacuumed.
- The steam cleaner is fully assembled.
- The microfibre cloth sits tightly around the steam head.
(Do not use the mop without the microfibre cloth).
- The water tank is filled.
(Do not add cleaning solutions, only use tap water, or
distilled/purified water).
1 Plug into electrical outlet suitable for the product, ensure AC
outlet and the product rating label voltage are compatible.
2 Turn on the power switch power indicator light, the unit will start
heating. It takes approximately 30 seconds for the unit to heat up
and the steam cleaner to be ready.
3 Forward and backward push the unit on the floor.
4 If you use the steam cleaner for a long time, the cloth sleeve may
become very wet or dirty & will need to be replaced. Turn off the
unit & allow to cool before replacing. While replacing cloth sleeve
do not touch the steam head to avoid scalding or burns.
5 To sanitise a specified area of your floor, position the steam
cleaner over the area for a minimum of 8 seconds, but no longer
than 15 seconds. The steam temperature will reach approximately
90-110°C. This is particilarly useful for cleaning the bathroom,
shower, pet sleeping area or around garbage bins.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• Before cleaning the appliance, unplug the power cord from the
electrical outlet.
• Never immerse the steam mop in water or other liquid.
• Do not use flammable substances such as alcohol, benzene or
paint thinner for cleaning any part of the steam mop.
• To clean the exterior of the cleaner, use a damp soft cloth and mild
detergent. When wiping the main body, do not allow moisture in the
area around the POWER button or indicator lights. NEVER immerse
the appliance in water.
Wash non-electrical accessories in warm soapy water and allow to dry
thoroughly before reuse.
CARE OF CLOTH PADS/SLEEVES
Wash the cleaning pads separately in warm water
(max. temperature 40°C) .
Only use laundry detergent in the wash; do not use fabric softener.
Do not tumble dry the cloth pads; dry them on a clothes line.
Should there be any loose threads on the cloth pads, carefully cut
the threads with scissors. Do not try to pull any threads or cut any
threads at the base.
