1. What KYOCERA eAppsMaker Offers
KYOCERA eAppsMaker is a web site on which you can create a workflow application easily using
a web browser.
You can easily create an application that will cater to customer’s individual workflows for scan and
send (email, SMB or FTP destinations), copy, and fax. This will simplify user operation by
eliminating the need to set multiple steps. This also improves an organization’s productivity via
task-focused one-click operations, so daily routine work can be finished quickly.

2. About This Document
This document is for the person who manages Partner Accounts.
The partner account which belongs to RHQ is created by the RHQ. The partner account which
belongs to SCs is created by the SCs.
If you want to know the application creation procedures about eAppsMaker, please refer to the
“Application Creation Procedures” document.
This document takes operations on Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 for examples. Moreover, the
screen images shown in this document may vary depending on the browser or software versions
to be used.
Structure of This Document
This document is composed of five chapters.
Chapter 1 describes the outline of this document.
Chapter 2 describes the target reader and the structure of this document.
Chapter 3 describes the supported environment of eAppsMaker.
Chapter 4 describes the procedure to register a new partner account.
Chapter 5 describes the flow to edit or delete the partner company or the partner account which
was registered with the procedures mentioned in Chapter 4. This chapter also shows the way of
locking/unlocking specific partner account from login.
The Appendix 1 describes troubleshooting information.

4. Registering a Partner Account
Prior to creating a partner account, an agreement with the partner company must be reached by
written agreement in prescribed form. After registration, a member from the company can log in to
eAppsMaker site using the partner account.
4-1 Log in
(1) Enter the address of eAppsMaker site in web browser.
https://ew.kyocera.biz/
(2) Enter the login ID and password after eAppsMaker is shown. If you forget the login
password, refer to Q1 What Should I Do If I Forget My Password?, to reset your password.
(3) Press the LOGIN button.
(4) The following page appears if the login is successful.

4-2 Registering a New Partner Company
This section describes how to register a new partner company.
(1) Click the Partner button on the side bar.
(2) Click the Add a partner company (+) button.
(3) Enter the partner company's information.

4-3 Registering a Partner Account
In order to register a partner account, you need to register the company (partner company) to
which the partner account belongs to. If the company is not registered, please refer to 4-2
Registering a New Partner Company.
(1) Click the Partner button on the side bar.
(2) Select the PARTNER ACCOUNT tab.
(3) Click the Add a partner account button (+).
(4) Enter the partner account's information.

mentioned in 4-2 Registering a New Partner Company from the drop
down list.

which you made.
You can copy up to 5 applications.
Please note that information of the set destination are also copied.

(6) Upon successfully registering the partner account, an invitation is sent to the address which
was set at (4). Confirm the contents of the invitation, if there are no problems, just click the
Send button. If you would like to change the contents, please click the Submit button after
changing the contents.
With that, the registration of the new partner account is completed. To login to eAppsMaker
using the registered partner account, use the E-mail address and the password. (You are
prompted to change the password at the first login.)

4-4 Log out
(1) Click the user name appearing on the top right.
(2) Click Logout.
(3) Logout confirmation dialog is displayed. Click Yes button. Account is logged out.

5-2 Edit/View Partner Company
(1) Click the Partner button on the side bar.
(2) Click PARTNER COMPANY tab.
(3) Select a partner company to edit.
(4) Click the View or edit a partner company button.
(5) PARTNER COMPANY DETAILS page is displayed. You can modify the partner company's
information if Edit button is pressed.
(6) The Save button allows you to save the modified contents. You can refer to the Edit Partner
Company page for the information of accounts which belong to the partner company.

5-3 Delete Partner Company
(1) Click the Partner button on the side bar.
(2) Click PARTNER COMPANY tab.
(3) Select one or more partner company to be deleted.
(4) Click Delete partner companies button.
(5) Delete confirmation dialog is displayed. Click Yes button. The registered partner company's
information is deleted. All the partner accounts which belong to the partner company are
also deleted.

5-4 Edit Partner Account
(1) Click the Partner button on the side bar.
(2) Click the PARTNER ACCOUNT tab.
(3) Select a partner account to edit.
(4) Click the View or edit a partner account button.
(5) The partner account information is displayed. You can modify the contents of the items if
Edit button is pressed.
(6) You can save the modified contents by pressing the Save button.

5-5 Delete Partner Account
(1) Click the Partner button on the side bar.
(2) Click the PARTNER ACCOUNT tab.
(3) Select a partner account to be deleted.
(4) Click the Delete partner accounts button.
(5) Delete confirmation dialog is displayed. Click the Yes button. The partner account
information is deleted.
If you log in with partner account, you can delete your own account.
(1) Click the user name on the top right of the page.
(2) Click Delete Account.
(3) A confirmation dialog will be displayed. Click Yes to delete the account.

5-6 Lock Partner Account from Login
You can lock or unlock specific partner accounts.
How to check the lock status
The Lock icon is shown on the right of the partner account indicates the lock status.
How to lock
(1) Click the Partner button on the side bar.
(2) Click the PARTNER ACCOUNT tab.
(3) Click the Lock icon . A partner whose account is locked cannot login on the
eAppsMaker site.
The partner account is allowed to login.
The partner account is locked from logging in.

How to unlock
(1) Click the Partner button on the side bar.
(2) Click the PARTNER ACCOUNT tab.
(3) Click the Lock icon .
A user can log in eAppsMaker site as a partner whose account is unlocked.
A partner whose account is unlocked can now log in on the eAppsMaker site.

Appendix 1: Troubleshooting
Q1 What Should I Do If I Forgot My Password?
A. Click "I forgot my password" link on the Login page and then enter your registered email
address. You will receive a temporary password in your email. Use the temporary password
to login. If the login succeeded a dialog is shown, and you can set a new password.
