1. Turn off all water supplies that are connected to
Ice/Beverage Dispenser.
2. Turn off the CO
2
gas that connects to the dispenser’s
carbonator tank.
3. Activate a plain water beverage valve and a carbonated
beverage valve to relieve any pressure in the lines.
4. Disconnect the power cords supplying power to the
dispenser and the carbonator pump.
5. For MD, SV, IC, and DI-1522 series dispensers, remove
the splash panel to access Flex Manifold.
6. For DI-2323 dispensers, the Flex Manifold is located on
the outside of the unit on the lower front portion of the ice
bin.
7. For CEV series dispensers, remove the bonnet to access
the Flex Manifold, which is located on the front center of
the pump deck.
8. For LP3 dispensers, remove front of bonnet to access
Flex Manifold.
9. Remove the insulation from the Flex Manifold and discard.
New insulation is provided with this kit.
10. Remove and discard the four screws that attach the Flex
Manifold to the dispenser. New screws are provided
with this kit.
11. Remove the Flex Manifold and replace the o-rings on
the inlet lines with the new ones provided with this kit. If
unit is MD series or LP3, skip to step 14.
12. For SV series, IC series, CEV series, and DI series
dispensers, remove screws mounting the Flex Manifold
mounting plate and dispose of mounting plate. New
mounting plates are provided with this kit.
13. Install new mounting plates using existing screws. Be
careful not to damage the o-rings during
reassembly.
14. Check the inlet lines to ensure lines are straight and
have proper alignment (Figure 1). If inlet lines are out of
alignment readjust them with needle-nose pliers as shown
(Figure 2) and recheck alignment.
15. Lube o-rings with food grade lubricant and attach
the new Flex Manifold onto the inlet lines and secure
the four screws provided in this kit. Be careful not to
damage the o-rings during assembly.
16. Set the plungers in the proper configuration for the
dispensing drink line-up.
17. Turn on the water supply to the dispenser.
18. Turn on the CO
2
gas supply to the dispenser.
19. Reconnect the power supply to the dispenser and
carbonator.
20. Activate the valves and let the valves run until the
carbonator cycles.

21. Check the new Flex Manifold for leaks.
22. Remove the plastic film from the insulation provided with
this kit. Place the opening of the insulation over the
plungers first and then press the insulation cover firmly
onto the Flex Manifold.
23. Replace splash panel/bonnet.
24. If leaks still occur contact Customer Service at 800-367-
4233. When calling, refer to the date code on the Flex
Manifold (Figure 4).
