WARNING
Always disconnect power before
removing covers. Failure to comply
may result in electric shock.
PC Board Cover Removal:
A) Using a screwdriver, push in on release
clip on each side of lift arm cover.
B) Lift cover up to disengage front clips.
C) Remove two screws & PC board cover.
Release Clips
#4 Dipswitch
(shown in ON position)
WARNING
Chair will move automatically when “TEST” button is
pressed. Stand back and allow chair to complete all three
Up / Down cycles of the calibration routine. Failure to comply may
result in serious personal injury.
Chair Calibration:
A) Disconnect power to the chair.
B) Move #4 dipswitch on S2 switch block to ON.
C) Connect power, then press “TEST” button on S1.
D) Allow chair to complete entire calibration cycle (see Note).
E) Disconnect power, then move #4 dipswitch to OFF.
F) Connect power - Check for proper operation - Install covers.
Note: The chair emits a short “beep” every two seconds during calibration.
Three long “beeps” indicate successful calibration is complete.
One long “beep” indicates calibration has failed. (Repeat procedure)
WARNING
Use caution when operating chair with covers removed.
Failure to comply may result in electric shock.
Remote Control Synchronization:
A) Verify that chair is properly calibrated.
B) Connect power to the chair, then move #4 dipswitch on
S2 switch block to ON. (two “beeps”)
C) Press & hold buttons “2” and “3” on the hand control within
three seconds from setting the dipswitch 4 to the ON position.
(Three “beeps” from the chair, then three “beeps” from the remote control)
D) Move #4 dipswitch to OFF.
E) Check for proper operation - Install covers.
Press & Hold
