Caution
Always disconnect power to table before removing
covers or performing any service procedure.
Step 1: Remove PC Board cover.
A) Remove three screws.
B) Lift PC Board cover off of base.
Step 2: Install base station PC Board.
A) Press four standoffs into Machine Control PC Board.
B) Snap base station PC Board onto standoffs.
Step 3: Install antenna.
A) Remove hole plug from base casting.
B) Secure antenna to base casting with
lock washer and nut.

Note
When power is connected, three LED’s
on the base station PC Board will illuminate
Step 5: Install compliance label.
A) Wipe any residue from table cladding.
B) Apply compliance label to table cladding.
To complete installation...
A) Install batteries in hand / foot controls.
B) Check for proper operation
C) Install PC Board cover.
Step 4: Connect wire harness.
A) Connect harness from antenna to base station PC Board.
B) Connect modular harness to base station PC Board and
to Machine Control PC Board.
