Step 1: Unplug chair power cord.
Step 2: Remove leveling screws.
A) Lift foot end of chair.
B) Position a 4 x 4 support under base.
C) Remove two leveling screws.

Step 3: Install foot end casters.
A) Push down brake lever to lock caster.
B) Thread caster into base.
C) Tighten caster firmly to secure.

To UNLOCK caster(s)...
Lift up on brake lever.
To LOCK caster(s)...
Press down on brake lever.
Caution
To prevent injury, always lock casters before
performing any procedures.
Caution
To prevent injury, never move or reposition
chair with patient aboard.
Caution
To prevent injury, lock foot end
casters before performing Step 4.
Step 4: Install head end casters.
A) Lift head end of chair.
B) Position a 4 x 4 support under base.
C) Remove two leveling screws.
D) Push down brake lever to lock caster.
E) Thread caster into base.
F) Tighten caster firmly to secure.
