Please read these instructions fully before starting construction.
PVA or equivalent glue will be required to stick sections together.
Sand paper can be used to gently clean any joints.
A sharp modelling knife will be required to remove sections from the sprue. Please use knives with due care and remember
to cut away from yourself at all times.
During the construction of this model, you may find it convenient to use pegs / elastic bands to hold pieces in place while
you allow glue to dry.

The pictures show the 20mm version of this kit being built, but all the kits are similar and are built in the same way.
Remove the two sides, base, front and rear of the
caravan from the sprue.
Glue the base to a side piece and insert the front
and rear sections (as shown above) using the lugs
provided.
Next glue the other side section into position.
Remove the two roof supports from the sprue and
insert them into the spaces provided.
NB: If you wish your roof to be removable – do not
glue these into position.
Remove the five roof pieces from the sprue. Note the
centre piece section is slightly wider than the other
four.
Glue the roof pieces to the roof supports, with the
sprue points on the roof pieces towards the back of
the caravan.
Next remove the two large wheels, axle and two wheel
hubs from the sprue.
Attach the axle underneath the caravan (in the slots
provided), then glue a wheel and hub onto each
end. Also glue the spacer and socket to the front of
the base (as shown above).
Remove the pieces of the front assembly from the
sprue.
Glue the wheels to the front axle and glue a wheel
hub to each and to the central lug.
Glue the curved bar to the ends of the v-shaped
piece.
Glue the front axle onto the v-shaped piece
(as shown).
Finally glue the two shafts into position.
Place the caravan body onto the front axle.
