Wet plaster
1 Wall heating dowel, 3-part, 70 mm
2 Danfoss Wall heating metalgrid
3 BasicRail
4 Danfoss composite pipe 16 x 2 mm
5 Heating plaster, 35 mm
Technical Data Wall heating with wet plastering
Wall covering 35 mm 15 mm heating plaster over composite pipe
Constructional thickness 35 mm Dimensions without unfinished wall
Thermal resistance R: - m²K / W This wall heating construction does not include any
insulation.
Pipe spacing 120-200 mm EZ 2 = 120; EZ 3 = 150; CZ 1 = 200;
Requirements and specialities Heating plasters must show a good thermal conductivity. Light plasters and heat insula-
tion plasters are not suitable.
Observe building regulation requirements concerning thermal insulation. Moisture con-
densation can occur and should be taken into consideration when planning wall heating
on outer walls and walls between heated and unheated rooms.
Wall coverings Heating plasters
Cement-lime plaster e.g. Stud: MP75 G/F, MP75 G: Thermal conductivity: 0.58 W/mk;
single layer processing; max. VL temperature: 50°C; heating according to report possible
after 3rd day.
Loam rendering e.g. Claytec: Final coat (05.010 / 05.012 / 10.012); Thermal conductivity:
0.65 W/mK; single layer processing; max. VL temperature: 50°C; heating possible imme-
diately.
Chalk-cement plaster e.g. MARMORIT ROTKALK; biorit 110: Thermal conductivity: 0.87
W/mK; two-layer processing; max. VL Temperature: 65 - 70°C; Heating according to
report possible after 8 days.
