Caution
DO Adhere to all National and Local Plumbing and
Electrical Safety Codes.
DO Turn “off” incoming electrical service switches
when servicing, installing, or repairing equip-
ment.
DO Check that all flare fittings on the carbonation
tank(s) are tight. This check should be per-
formed with a wrench to ensure a quality seal.
DO Inspect pressure on Regulators before starting
up equipment.
DO Protect eyes when working around refrigerants.
DO Use caution when handling metal surface
edges of all equipment.
DO Handle CO
2 cylinders and gauges with care.
Secure cylinders properly against abrasion.
DO Store CO
2 cylinders in well ventilated areas.
DO NOT Store CO2 cylinders in temperature above
125°F (51.7°C) near furnaces, radiator or
sources of heat.
DO NOT Release CO2 gas from old cylinder.
DO NOT Touch Refrigeration lines inside units, some
may exceed temperatures of 200°F (93.3°C).
Installing CO2 Control Kit
(see cover illustration and figure 1 below)
1. Position the CO2 Control Panel on an appropriate mount-
ing surface about 5 ft from the beverage syrup supply.
Mark the mounting holes at top and bottom of the panel
and secure the panel with wood screws provided or with
alternative fasteners.
2. Route the 20 ft line from the Pressure Regulator and at-
tach it to the Bag-In-Box pumps.
3. Install the High Pressure Regulators on the CO
2 tanks.
Connect the CO
2 gas lines to the High Pressure Regula-
tors. Attach the opposite ends of these lines to the CO
2
Changeover Valve (refer to figure 1). Do not turn “on”
CO
2 Tank Regulators at this time.
4. Connect the CO
2 gas supply line to the cross fitting on
the Control Panel Changeover Valve assembly.
5. Connect the copper tube from the cross fitting to the
Pressure Regulator as shown below.
6. Check for leaks.
