Installation of SpeedUp Wall Heating in wet systems

Attach the perimeter insulation using a stapler. Start with header and blank panels according to layout plan. Attach the

individual panels horizontally to the wall using material resistant adhe-

sive (PU foam), supply should enter at the bottom..

The pre-formed break points mean that the system elements can easily

be shortened longitudinally and laterally.

Fill boundary and electrical areas with blank panels.

Individual pipe channels can be cut out with the hot wire cutter, ensuring

that a wide arc is used.

Drill at least 8 holes for wall dowels (70 mm) per m

and attach bottom

section of dowel.

Starting from the supply point at the bottom, press the composite pipe

into the channels.

Attach reinforcement grid from top to bottom, lightly tensioned and

with 10 cm overlap, using the dowel upper section.

Before applying the plaster carry out the required pressure test to at

least 6 bar, according to the test report.

The 15 mm thick single plaster layer can be smoothed or matted as

required.
