Fig. 1: To attach the individual system panels apply adhesive
grout or tile adhesive using the comb spatula.
Fig. 2: Start with header/Blank panels according to the lay-out
drawing.
Fig. 3: The pre-formed cutting edges mean that the system
elements are easy to shorten using the circular hand saw/jig
saw. Fill the boundary/electrical areas with blank panels.
Fig. 4: Mark individual pipe channels, cut out with router.
Fig. 5: Press the composite pipe into the pipe channels in a
wide arc from bottom to top. See distributor for connection.
Fig. 6: Lead return flow from above with supply elements or
individual pipe channels (use router to do this) back to the
starting point.

Fig. 7: Always make the pipe connections between the straight
aluminium sheets - not in bends.
Fig. 8: Before panelling a pressure test to at least 6 bar is
required according to the test report.
Fig. 9: Attach the 12.5 fibre reinforced plasterboard with at
least 9 dowels or screws per m². Glue the panel joints.
Fig. 10: Fix 4-5 mm edge joint with sticky tape and clean off,
observe manufacturer’s instructions.
