1 Installation of SpeedUp Eco Wall Heating in Wet Systems
Fig. 1: Attach the perimeter insulation by stapling it into
place.
Fig. 2: To attach the individual system panels apply adhesive
grout or tile adhesive using the comb spatula.
Fig. 3: Start with header/blank panels according to the lay-out
drawing.
Fig. 4: The pre-formed cutting edges mean that the system
elements are easy to shorten using the circular hand saw/jig
saw. Fill the boundary and electrical areas with blank panels.
Fig. 5: Mark individual pipe channels and cut out using the
rotary cutter.
Fig. 6: Drill at least 8 holes for wall dowels (70 mm) per m² and
attach dowel bottom section.

Fig. 7: Press the composite pipe into the pipe channels in a
wide arc from bottom to top. See distributor for connection.
Fig. 8: Attach wall heating metalgrid from top to bottom,
lightly tensioned and with 10 cm overlap, using the dowel
upper section.
Fig. 9: Before applying the plaster carry out the required
pressure test to at least 6 bar, according to the test report.
Fig. 10: The single 15 mm thick layer of plaster can be
smoothed or matted as required.
