Installation of SpeedUp Wall Heating in dry wall installations

To attach the individual system elements use material compatible adhesive

such as for example foam insulation (PU).

In accordance with the layout drawing start with header or edge panels.

The heating panels must be laid horizontally – with the supply point

at the bottom.

The predetermined breaking points mean that the system elements

can easily be shortened both longitudinally and laterally.

Fill boundary areas or areas for electrical installations with blank panels. Direct the return ﬂow from above to the connection pipe using separated

CZ (pipe spacing 25 cm) or EZ panels (pipe spacing 12.5 cm).

Cut out individual pipe channels with the hot wire cutter ensuring that

the correct angle of arc is used.

Press the composite pipe in a loop into the channels (connection: see

distributor instructions).

Always make the pipe couplings between the straight aluminium sheet

- not in the bends.

Use 12.5 ﬁbre reinforced plasterboard for panelling, attachment and

sealing according to manufacturer’s instructions.

Seal edge joints with acrylic ﬁller.
