1 Introduction
This operating manual has been compiled for authorized operating personnel only. The operating and in-
stallation instructions should also be read since certain details are only described in these instructions.

1.2 Important safety precautions
WARNING
Please read the following notes carefully before doing any work on the device.

1.3 Special declaration
This product is applied to indoor environment. The design is provided with the consideration on certain
heat dissipation and electric safety requirements. Under normal operation conditions, the product does
not lead to any injury to the user; however, under extreme conditions, for example, natural disaster, un-
predictable accident, man-made malicious damage, etc., it is not ensured that the product is not dam-
aged or does not lead to injury to the user. The company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect
losses caused by the preceding reasons.

1.4 Special notice
Operation personnel: This refers in particular to the personnel who can normally
operate and use the product but cannot open product cabi-
net, including the customer, interpreter, etc.
Repairing personnel: This refers in particular to the personnel who can change
product parts, overhaul the device, and open product cabi-
net but cannot change device parts with different type with-
out permission, so as to avoid the danger. The repairing
personnel must receive systematic training provided by
manufacturer.
WARNING
This is Grade A product. This product may cause the radio jamming in the living environ-
ment. In this case, it is necessary for user to adopt some practical measures against its in-
terference.

1.5 Warning indication
The warning proposed for the product shall be emphasized and followed, and the user
shall be responsible for the parts or device damage and derived disaster due to the fact
that the operation, maintenance and repairing are performed without reading the Manual
or in compliance with the requirements specified in the Manual.
The warning items must be strictly followed so as to avoid the injury to the user.
The product is only applied to the area with less than 2,000m elevation for safety operation.
The product is only applied to the area with non-tropical climate for safety operation.
Please adopt the power supply meeting specification requirement. The power supply which does not
meet specification requirement in connection may lead to product damage.

Introduction
Please immediately shut down the machine if smoke, abnormal odor, or abnormal noise occurs. It
may lead to serious device damage or other derived disaster (e.g. fire disaster) if the user continues
to operate the device. The power switch shall be immediately turned off, the power plug shall be un-
plugged, and please contact and inquire handling method with the vendor or OEM.
Please do not maintain the machine voluntarily. Improper maintenance is very dangerous.
Prevent any object from dropping into the machine so as to avoid product damage.
Power supply shall be immediately turned off and power wire shall be unplugged if water or other liq-
uid flows into the machine, and please contact and inquire handling method with the vendor or OEM;
the device may be damaged due to short circuit if it continues to be operated.

1.6 Notices
The notices proposed in the manual shall be followed, and the device is not allowed to be
changed or connected voluntarily; the operation, maintenance and repairing which are not al-
lowed may damage the parts or device.
The notices must be carefully followed so as to avoid the injury to the user.
Please do not adopt unmentioned in the manual to connect the cable, and improper connection
method may lead to short circuit, damage, and burning of device.
Ensure that the device is placed in solid and stable level ground and fixed soundly. The product may
get deformed or damaged if installation ground is soft and unleveled, and it may lead to personal in-
jury if the device inclines.
Please do not operate the device in the place with high humidity or much dust. Too high humidity and
too much dust may damage the device or lead to abnormal operation.
Please do not hang or place any heavy object on product surface and do not store scattered object
inside the product, and please do not tread or lean on the product.
Please do not contact product with any liquid, inflammable object, or corrosive object so as to avoid
damaging the product by short circuit, disaster, and surface corrosion.

1.7 Safety indication
● Some parts may produce high temperature during operation process and please avoid
scald.
● The power supply for the whole device and some internal electrical devices is 220VAC, and
it must avoid electric shock and avoid power short circuit when the maintenance and repairing
are performed.
The product is powered with 100V-220V AC. Do not contact the power so as to avoid electric shock.
When the product is operated, maintained, repaired, or replaced with parts, ensure to adopt the de-
vice with the same power supply specification so as to avoid the device damage due to different
specification.
High voltage indication label refers to AC and DC power plug or socket.
Perform the operation according to prompts.
Pay immediate attention to label indication, and if there exists some heat, noise and odor when the
device operates normally; if there is no smoke, spark, or harsh noise, it means the device operates
normally. Otherwise, the power supply shall be immediately turned off, and the device requires the
repairing personnel to repair, or contact the supplier.
Some parts may generate heat during operation and should only be touched when it is cooled.

This Kiosk System is a set of multi-function terminal equipment designed specially to be installed indoor.
This equipment is operated by special software in the connected system unit (computer).

3 Basic operation
This section describes the specific steps of equipment installation.
WARNING
At the time of equipment use or maintenance, do follow the safety protection measures to
avoid the equipment damage, personal injury and even death.
● Do not wear loose clothes and jewelry;
● Prevent the long hair from winding to the equipment, especially fan position;
● Do not insert the screwdriver or other tools into the equipment (unless this manual has
clear instructions). Otherwise, it will damage the equipment and cause personal injury,
and strong shocks may result in death;
● Before the disassembly or installation of equipment parts, do a system shutdown and
power off.

(see arrow) to open the front door

Cover opening steps
1. Uplift the over with two hands, and under the
action of gas spring, the facial will automati-
cally rise, after it is opened for about 90° and
ensure the cover is supported safely, then
move away your hands.
Cover closing steps
2. Depress the gas spring lock and then pull
down the cover edge with hands until it falls
and fits with the system body.

Opening steps of back door
1. Rotate the hand screw of back door anti-
clockwise. The upper edge of back front will
pop up automatically.
2. Lift the upper edge with two hands.
3. Unhook the bottom latch.
Closing steps of back door
4. Insert two lock pins at the bottom of back
door into the groove.
5. Align the nut hole of back door at the hand
screw.
6. Rotate the screw clockwise.

Pull-out steps of device carriage
1. Raise the facial cover (see section "Lifting up
the facial cover").
2. Press the green plastic cap (1) to right with
left hand and press the latch button (2)
3. Meanwhile, pull the green handle (3), the de-
vice carriage can be pulled out.

hand and hold the green handle (3) of the
printer with right hand, and press the latch
button (2).
3. Meanwhile, uplift the statement printer.

with right hand along arc arrow direction to

3.2.1.1 Adding papers
NOTE
When adding new papers, do take out all papers in the paper box firstly, and then stack
papers orderly. Do not unfold papers. This can prevent multiple papers from entering the
product and thus reduce the possibility of paper jam. Use only undamaged papers without
the wrinkle and fold.
1. Take out all remaining paper and all paper
boxes, and ensure nothing left in paper
trays.
2. Peel off the package of paper box, open the
induction hole of paper quantity, put it into
paper tray, and packaging carton and drawer
hole coincide; The upper is paper tray 1 and
the lower is paper tray 2.
