monitoring product/water phase separation processes

5 Operation
In case of any failure or malfunction, the equipment in
whichthesensorisinstalledneedstobeinasafecondition
(depressurized,empty,rinse,vent,etc.).
6 Maintenance: Cleaning the sensor head
Cleanthe sensorwindowwhenitiscontaminated/fouling
isobserved.

(depressurized,empty,rinsed,ventedorventilated,etc.)
2.Disconnectelectricalpower
3.Dismountthesensor
4.Cleanthesensorheadusingasoft,lint-freeclothanda
mildcleaningagent
5.Changethedesiccantsandseals(ifnecessary)
6.Installthesensor
Dependingontheapplication,itisrecommendedtoreplace
thedesiccantsandsealseveryyear.Withspecialoperating
condition/aggressivemedia,thedesiccantsandsealsmay
needtobechangedatshorterintervals.
7 Disposal
It istheusers responsibilityto dispose of thesensor in
a professional manner. The sensor contains electronic
componentsthatrequirespecialdisposalwithoutanyhazard
forhumans,andwithnoriskofharmtotheenvironment.
Pleaseobservetheapplicablelocalornationalregulations
concerningthedisposalof"wasteelectricalandelectronic
equipment".
8 Warranty
Onmanufacturingdefects,12monthsafterdelivery.
9 Storage conditions
Inspecttheinstrument immediately after receivingforany
transportdamage.The sensor should bestoredina dry,
cleanandprotectedareauntilthetimeofinstallation.Ifthe
sensorhasbeen removed from theprocess,itshould be
thoroughlycleanedanddried.Itshouldbestoredinadry,
cleanandprotectedareauntiltimeofinstallation.
