4x 110-3681 HHM M8x1.25, 30mm Screw
4x 120-3385 Washer, M8 8.5x19x1.2
4x 120-3388 Split-Lock Washer 8.5mm
1x 740-8981 Pop Pin, Studio Bikes
1x 740-8267-002 Multi-Wrench
1x 740-8267-001 Hex Screw Driver
1x 290-0135 5mm Hex Wrench
1. INstall rear stabIlIzer
Slide the Foot Plate 740-8247 onto frame of bike.
Attach stabilizer 740-9031 using screws 110-3681
(HHM M8x1.25, 30mm Screw) with washer 120-
3385 and split-lock washer 120-3388.
Stabilize bike when it is standing on edge

2. INstall froNt stabIlIzer
Slide the Foot Plate 740-8247 onto frame of bike.
Attach stabilizer 740-9030 using screws 110-3681
(HHM M8x1.25, 30mm Screw) with washer 120-
3385 and lock ring 120-3388.

3. INstall seat post base
Make sure plastic sleeve is in frame, then slide seat
post 740-9026 into sleeve, install pop pin 740-8981
and tighten

4. INstall seat
Pull down on small pin behind the handle to allow
you to slide seat assembly 740-8974 onto seat post
and then tighten with handle 740-8949

5. INstall haNdlebar post
Make sure plastic sleeve is in frame, then slide han-
dlebar post 740-8962 into sleeve and tighten with pin
740-8981 (preinstalled)

6. INstall haNdlebar
Slide handlebar assembly 740-8967 onto post 740-
8962 such that you can then tighten stop screw 740-
8262 fully. Then tighten handlebar.
7. INstall pedals
Slide pedal taper end into crank (740-7613 R/740-
7614 L) then using a rubber mallet, tap the pedal into
the crank and secure on the inside with bolt 740-
8145 (M8X1.0X22, FLANGE)
